Ticket seller is not really nice he dont believe that we're above 15 then he ask for the ic but still dont believe us...such an annoying person

I tried to call many times but was not picked up, is there a problem? Is there no one there operating? otherwise I will give comments like this as a criticism of unsatisfactory service, communication is important in this era. 2 stars only for having the movies. Movie starts at 8pm, ticket booth closes at 8pm SHARP. No notice, no indication, no nothing in their website. Went there all the way just to get trash news. Absolutely disappointed with such inefficient and ineffective absurd system. Fortunately for them, the only cinema in kb.

Watched transformers in cinema 1. Image quality was very washed out and dark - not enjoyable. Sound system was good.

Consider to screen tamil movies too Atleast in weekend

As of today, no food and drinks allowed yet in the cinemas. Ticket purchase can be made at the popcorn and candybar counter. They sell popcorn but only for takeaway. We bought tickets online through their website. Just mention the e-ticket reference number at the ticket counter to collect the physical tickets. Very convenient.

Great experience, nicely maintained following COVID-19 sop. Cinema sound experience is great also.

The only cinema in KB. Sometimes feel like a private cinema (very few people). Pls bring jacket because the air conditioning is cold.

Bring a jacket/sweater with you. Many expatriates doesn’t know it’s freezing cold inside. Sound system is good. Most of the time, not many movie-goers so it’s not crowded
