Service nice . Before pergi better booking duluu .

New edit: visited this place in September 2022 again . Looks like it's been cleaned up a bit. Staff are very active. Rooms appear to be much much cleaner. Only one dead cockroach in the toilet. So, looks like they got their act together. Late opening hours are very good. Now if they could just enclose that smoking area at the entrance it would be 4 star. Old review: Disgusting & filthy. Literally, cockroaches walking on the TV screens. They flood the rooms with air freshener just before you enter so you can't get the real smell. If they put a little effort in this place could be great but the staff just don't care. Staff are very lazy and it's a typical case of "doing the minimum" between playing with their phones. This place should not have a license to sell food. Everyone is smoking too.

Really don't like the service of the staff, especially counter staff, service are super super bad, and no manners when talking to customer, this is my first time to one karaoke are something like this, how do I go next time.

Not a pleasant experience here. Almost nobody there beside us for karaoke in the afternoon. The charges was okay, unfortunately not the environment. It includes the tidbits which in a big bowl to share among us. The speakers wasn't in good condition and most disappointing thing is it just cut us off without notifying us for last song like any others.

Please improve your services especially on customer services. Tolong jaga manners bila bercakap dengan customer. Saya tanya elok2 tapi kena marah. It’s okay. You just lost a big one here. Not going here anymore ☹️

Even at a small mall. But the karaoke place is best. To sing and to drinks if you want to drink. The room is beautiful

The price per hour before 7 pm on weekdays are RM5 plus tidbits RM5(u have to buy it by hook or by crook). The sound system is awesome. They usually got 3 mics for each room. And it is superbiggg. After 7 pm, they got promotion for people who come pair. 2 person for RM25 foe 2 hours.

12may2023,10PM. I think you should improve your arrangement & customer service.The new staff (maybe) with a brown hair just wasting my time. I call their number to booking a room cause im from Subang and she said i just need to walk-in. I ask her again there is a long queue ke? She said no. And when i arrived at 10pm, she ask me to wait until 1130pm cause all room is full already. Ofc saya marah sebab dia cakap tak busy so kira boleh jela masuk terus or tunggu kejap, selalu datang book by call dengan staff with black hair. Dia memang bagus. Im okay if just wait for 30minutes. But 1 satu jam lebih. LAINLAH CAKAP MEMANG BUSY DARI CALL TU! Just waste my time🥱👎🏻pls train ur new staff!!!

Not much tidbits. The karaoke system tht lowers or raises the key of the recoeded music does not function. Even when we asked the staff about it he sd he cant do anything abt it. All he could do was lessen the echo/reverb. Nothing like Neway!!

Best karaoke, been there few times and never disappointed me. big room and have a nice karaoke sound. it also allowed you change the aircond temperature. Will repeat again soon.

I have no issues so far with the facilities, tried normal room and my reviews as follow : toilets is okay although not proper clean but better than mamak restaurant , food is good , Shisha is good, sound system bit rough but acceptable, tidbits is good, moderate for room cleanliness , customer service not friendly seems like communicate with robot, price is pricey but due to economic crisis it's understandable, easy parking and lift operated well. Overall I give 3 star.

The songs is updated. The microphone and speakers make my voice sounds perfectly perfect in every single song that i sang! Hahahaha. Parking is free for weekdays lunch hour and dinner hour. The tidbits is sedap also. The room is spacious for pax of 3. Later we wanted to try for vvip room. The place is clean and well organized. Goodjob !

The room so dirty and smelly.. Floor mat sticky like no ones cleaning the places. Did they know nothing about hygiene?? I don't recommends this place. Should upgrade that place like neway previous place.. The food quality very bad.. Sorry.. I'm just being honest..
