Possibly my personal favorite place for ribs on earth. When they say world famous ribs, they mean it! I always order their beef rib rack, it is an absolute delight to eat! The meat is so tender and juicy. Although tony romas is a bit on the pricey side and heavy on the pocket but it is so so so worth it! Their ioi Putrajaya branch is my favorite one! Loved the service and hospitality, As soon as you enter you feel so welcomed. Can't wait to visit their branch again in another part of the world. Recommended 10/10 for Ribs!

Ordered BBQ chicken, while the BBQ sauce was tasty, too bad it doesn’t have the smokiness flavour. The caesar salad was outstanding too. Too bad the mocktail was too plain. Overall, it was a good meal. Fast service too.

The foods are fine but the drink is a nay for me. Ordered Apple Juice thought will get the fresh apple juice, got the canned apple drink instead for price 10++ couldn’t remember hm. This isn’t the outlet fault tho. The staff here are very helpful, friendly and fast service. Love the environment here, celebrated my dad’s birthday here.

The favourite restaurant, that craving most more than a year during covid era. The waiter so polite and services is good. Done ordering and eaten my favourite menu that are kickin shrimp and rib. Kickin shrimp so nice, but ribs a bit cooked. But overall eating the ordered menu is a pleasure and we enjoyed the food. Lastly, surprisingly the price spike 25% to 100%..I don't know only applied either only at this outlet or included all outlet. Now the favourite menu become so expensive. Please revise back...please..

Wayyyy better service than Pavilion's TR. They still offer the free bread here, and even asked us for drinks refills. The crew also came and asked how were the food and do we need anything. It was really nice, so different than Pavilion's. Food was good, but because we were a group, didn't get to order any ribs/steaks ☹️ other than that, it's all good. Oh, the potato skin, is sooooo much better than the one in Pavilion's. In photo: Whole sharing set, comes with 4 refillable drinks.

1. Kickin' shrimp is my all time fav. Never disappoint. Taste is the same since day one I tried it. A must for me whenever I visited TR. Harga sudah naik sikit. 2. Lamb, beef, shrimp and the ribs sampler. Something that you can enjoy. The taste a bit bland, but I like it. There is enough sauce and salt plus pepper to add to your taste. 3. Should have ordered additional mash potato...SEDAP!!!

Pls improve service. Waited almost 30 mins to get our food. Ordered New York Strip medium well, but the meat were too hard to chew and it's overcooked. Really disappointed!!

Everything ok.. not so busy weekday time… staff good and quick. Been few years since last meal TR… mybe just me but medallions now smaller when first introduced..

The food wasn’t that bad. It was a bit expensive and okay especially the Chicken Alfredo Florentine pasta.

The worst experience I ever been. The steak was totally raw even requested for second time to cook medium rare. The burger totally failed. Not cooked well with unflavored taste. I've been here on 7/9/2021. Never come again to this place. Wasting time and don't put high expectations

I was a fan of Tony Roma's ever since they opened their very first outlet in The Curve Mutiara Damansara (no longer open), I believe management changed many years back. I came to this outlet to give it a try. The price has increased quite a fair bit. Most importantly I wanted to try their ribs again. I'm glad to say it is still as good as last time. Though I no longer see the Short Ribs on the menu anymore, that was my favourite. I also don't see the starter's mix platter on the menu anymore. The mojo chicken, fish and fries, spaghetti was ordinary. The mushroom soup was abit lumpy. Luckily the Ribs saved the day. The waiter Thagendra was also quite helpful. Noticing that we were not that happy with the soup, he gave us a complimentary ice cream. That's the other pleasant thing for us, so i gave 5 star for the service. The other waiters I think were newbie and couldn't accomodate us for 1 more complimentary bread when we were taking some time struggling to try to order using the handphone. It's quite inconvenient actually. I'd prefer the old fashion menu.

Everything was good in here and the food was amazing. We came here for dinner in family pax. We came a bit late but managed to squeezed in between before last order. The server at first told us the cafe is pax and nearly to closed for last order. There are no possibility to get empty table before table that. Maybe the server are ready to closed! So we walk to other cafe and came across to the cafe again and surprisingly, there are so many empty table yet still get 20 minutes before last call. The server shouldn’t make self assumption like that. 😌 Maybe need to observe carefully before telling the customer like there is no way to get table before they closed. Fortunately the food is good and delicious. Lacated at LG at IOI City Mall. Recommended to try their shrimp and steak. It is so good.

We ordered 2 steak meal, one milkshake and one kids meal for lunch. One is striploin steak and another is rib eye steak. Gosh the striploin steak was absolutely horrible i got a toothache from it. It was so so so hard eventho they cooked it medium (as requested). I mean literally so so hard! Ribeye was slightly better, chewable but still hard. The steak was mediocre too, thank god the peppercorn sauce was decent (but you have to add on +RM5 for sauce, or else they give you plain steak. Side dishes was all good, no complain on that one. Kids meal was okay, fries and fish a bit oily tho i had to dab it with tissue and wipe the plate using tissue to absorb the excess oil. Milkshake was decent. Honestly, that would be the last time i am eating there. TGI Friday serves way much better steak and they will replace/adjust it if there was complain, price-wise is on the same range too. Tony Romas just try to justify their hard steak and do nothing when i complain. Service was below average too, so hard to call the waiter/waitress. Overall, this outlet is just bad and not worth the money.

ordered lamb and beef ribs. lamb ribs is amazing. but beef ribs was just average, it’s too well done. also ordered the pasta, but it tasted less than expected. bland. ordered the potato skins. this is their best menu when i was there at lunch time on friday. servers were not much. saw a bunch of high management staffs (wearing the same uniforms) at the corner who did not help the servers at all. they dont have enough servers!!! and the staffs are just sitting at the corner having a discussion during peak hour lunch time!! omg not coming back as you don’t appreciate your servers who worked dang hard by lending zero help!

Tony roma's ioi mall Putrajaya, i forgot the name of that staff, he's tall, wearing glasses, look like Chinese guy, he serve me very kind and really good attitude, he also give me a complimentary lava cake in a cup for my birthday, i really appreciate it. Please give him a compliment, he deserve a compliment. 🥰🥰🥰

Was having some complications with the serving but restaurant manager Kak Ain, handles the customer perfectly and professionally. Salute to this kind of professionalism. Definitely coming back for the fried mushrooms with honey mustard.

Went here to celebrate my mother's birthday. Ordered ribs bucket, it was fabulous. My brother order chicken with ribs, the chicken were dry and hard. My mother order sirloin. Medium. It was warm on the outside and cold on the inside after i try a bite. A bit disappointing on the sirloin steak. Service were good altho i remember I've booked in thru the phone but they seems doesn't have my booking name on. Also, thank you for the happy birthday song for my mother and complimentary dessert.

The grilled lamb rib taste is so-so for a so called steak restaurant, the shrimps served were the frozen type, cannot taste the freshness. Rm69 per dish, very pricey, not worth the money. The fried chicken tenders portion can served 2 pax of normal eater. Taste is normal, the chicken meat a bit hard. Kid's meal not shown in the e-menu, need special request but the portion is not compatible with price, a bit pricey compared to other restaurants. Soft drinks os bottomless which cost you RM11.90 a glass. The food quality and portion shall be improved with the price tags. Seat at outside of restaurant is warm, not sure what's going on the centralised air conditioner.

I've ordered a Filet Medallion combo to be cooked "medium". Instead, I received a "well done" combo. Ask the waiter and show'em after I cut slices to show that it's cooked "well done". They happily willing to make a new one. It finally came medium. Thank you.

A day before PKP 3.0 we had our berbuka puasa at Tony Romas without reservations, it was full house! We started queuing at 7:40pm as (walk-in). Its amazing that by 8:00pm we managed to get our seats & in half an hour we got our food. Super quick, excellent service!

It was the second time visiting Tony Romas in Malaysia, past six years of living in the country. Not having any meat dishes while my colleagues had chicken dishes. I do miss their signature dishes. Overall, just okay food and service.

Food ⭐ ⭐ Drinks ⭐ Environment ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ Services ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ "alike" Beef Wellington took 40min to serve, bad sauce, and food presentation, plus wrong way of cooking. Normal grilled chicken with free refill bbq sauce, not recommended. Bad drinks ever I had, taste like potion. Pricey and not worth for the food and environment. However, service is okay, free starters with bread.
