Great shop to have hot crispy Vadai. Vadai/ Vada and Appam is a must try. Have other nice breakfast items too. Waiting time for Appam and Tosai are 20min on weekends.

A very humble hidden good indian food. I love their thosai and appam. Soft and good taste! Their 'teh halia' was awesome too. Price is cheap. RM 6 for all the food I have ordered!

The must go to place for apam, thosai. The sauces are out of this world. To think this place has been here for a very long time. I have never been to any stall that makes such wonderful sauces and visit every time I'm in Ipoh. Update 22.12.22. Still as delightful, the sauces remain from another world. And the friend of the owner, Mary, was the most delightful, friendly person I've met in a very long while. Running out of words to describe this place.

Been coming here for years for the best tasting appam I've ever had. Always look forward to tucking in to a freshly made appam drenched with all the condiments and sauces (coconut milk, coconut chutney, chicken curry and generous dallops of sambal)

One of the best pal appam I have eaten so far, tried many places, however this is one of the best. Been coming to this place since I was a teenager, the taste of the food, especially the pal appam, the vadai and the nasi lemak stayed the same for the past 15 years plus. If you’re in Ipoh, this is one place that you should stop by, especially if you’re a foodie. Come as early as you can to enjoy quick service for your food as it gets crowded. Other than that, one of the best breakfast shop if you’re visiting Ipoh. Recommended food to try :- - Pal Appam [Normal, Egg Apam & Special (sweet, but not your ordinary sweet appam, you should try it)] - Paniyaram (With Coconut Milk) - Vadai - Nasi Lemak - Tosai [personally I don’t eat tosai, but their tosai here is good, especially with their chicken curry] - Nasi Lemak

The pal ( milk) appam is great here, especially the special milk appam. The vadai too is really nice and crispy and when eaten with ikan bilis sambal is fantastic.
