Wish I had read the reviews before going. A uniquely frustrating experience. These guys could not get two kids meal orders right after 4 tries. Half the menu out of stock with no prior warning. Food terrible. Wish I had eaten my own hands instead. Avoid at all costs.

Something new at KLIA, but really, this is a thing of the past. Only those from this era will remember HRC. The new generation is really not interested in this concept. Maybe they might, if targeted carefully. Otherwise, 80s & 90s fans will stop by for a beer or souvenir t-shirt. I have passed this era since the turn of the millennium. Hopefully, HRC KLIA does well.

A bit underwhelming. You walk in and the place has a great feel. Warm welcome, too. You can look out to the planes take off. But then starts the disappointment. Beer only available in cans? And then charge Rm 45+ for it 🙄😕. The drinks menu is otherwise just limited to a few sodas and stuff. We ordered a cheesecake and it was forgotten. However, on reminding the waitress it came out pretty quickly. No apologies, though.... and it wasn't the freshest. Watching aircraft out of a dirty window does not manufacture ambience. Most of the staff are friendly. Hope things improve overall soon.

Very friendly Hard Rock, I’m not from the country and they made me feel so welcome. To give you my situation I just landed, my phone was dead and I had no idea what to do. Everywhere else shoved me away. But the Hard Rock employees (Rosman and Tupelo) welcomed me in, offered to let me use their charger, and instantly started talking to me. Definitely need a raise. Both are very skilled and genuine employees.

Great place. Food coming out looked great. Unfortunately had people continuously walking through the seating area to take a short cut towing luggage & trolleys in front of the bar. Please put up some poles and ropes to only allow access to customers.. there's huge access behind the bar & Starbucks for others to take a shortcut.

Nice addition to the KL airport. The food was decent. The beer is expensive compared to other outlets. They only serve cans and no draught beer. Service is good. Good view of the aircraft’s. Music is mostly pop

I just hope the manager sees this and starts allowing glasses of beers at the bar. Was in a bit of a time crunch and craving a glass of Guinness. Was told I could only have a tall boy or a pint... Ah well, no time for that. Twice in a row now I wanted to stop and couldn't.

A place known for their burgers, however only disappointment awaits. It was under seasoned, dry and overcooked. The prices were not cheap either, better looks elsewhere.
