Had a very pleasant lunch at sushi king. The staff was friendly, helpful and quick with their services. The mall was big and have a lot of shops. The shops was pretty interesting. If you like going to aeon mall. This place for me is pretty great since they do have almost all the same shop as other aeon like h&m, daiso, uniqlo n so on. The ultimate perk for me is the amount of visitors. There are people but aren't that pack so we wont bump to others. So it does feels pretty exclusive. They also a pretty nice arcade for people who enjoy the adventure and games. The only con for me would be, there are no cinema. Most of large mall then I went there will be a cinema. When there is a cinema, i would usually hang out for the whole day at that mall. So over all, would totally come again.

Me, my husband and our 7months baby is stuck in Aeon Nilai lift on 4/6/22 @ 4.15pm and get a very rude respond from the PIC in control room. 1- Accused us of leaning to the wall and purposely playing with the emergency phone 2- Lying saying he could see from the CCTV we are leaning to the wall and hung up the phone before we could even tell the lift is stuck 3- PIC of the control room did not attend the emergency call when we trying to call many times 4- Caught up lying about the CCTV when he have the audacity to ask how many person is in the lift. Thats when he tell the CCTV is actually broken and being silent when we confront his accusation 5- No apology from the rude person even after caught up lying and realize the lift is actually stuck This rudeness and unethical attitude by Aeon Nilai staff is very unacceptable. He is very lucky that my son is fine. If it happens the other way this report will reach the higher level.

Notice lousy management after CNY: 1.Few time visit the spirit area there is no worker inside, including the counter. People came in an walk away 2.Lousy parking machine, AEON S2 i dont see these problem, here the machine take a minute to able to read ticket, then always shows that your member card is not valid for discount even we did spending in AEON. Thursday took me 20mn plus to pay the ticket. Previous i prefer go AEON to buy grocery, now i rather go tesco beside.

A new large shopping mall at Nilai. If I am not mistaken, this place was opened since January 2019. Curently the parking are free. Probably they will charge the parking fee in the future. There are ample parking space available. Multiple branded food outlets. Sadly there is no cinema. This is something that will enhance the value of this place

I love this mall, friendly to family w small kids. The staircases is colorful and my daughter love to use it. :) Kids toilet is a nice concept. However, only if u r nearby, or else nothing special to purposely visit here. No popular fashion retail brands here so far.

Huge shopping mall wit variety of shops n restaurants. Very lively especially on weekends n holidays. They also have ghost house 👻, dinosaur exhibit 🦖🦕 n lights exhibit 🌟✨ on top floor (need to purchase ticket for each of these)

It's a very happening mall. I would say one with the most range of branded outlets in it, like uniqlo. But would rate the parking ⭐️ It is the only parking lot I've that still use the MOST CLASSIC payment method. And guess what, need to have EXACTLY RM1 (yes, most parking payment machine can't except other notes) in most machines to pay for parking.

Parking machine always inoperative. All 3 that I found. If unable to provide such service, might as well use cashless parking system. Next had to go up to G Floor parking CS, to pay. Claimed to be the largest Aeon Mall in Malaysia does not help if your appointed parking company did not hold to the bare minimum service.

Plenty of parking. Loads of shops. Food court at top floor. U got Aeon as well. During special dates u have events on the ground floor courtyard (example during World Cup you have events there). ATM on multiple floor in case u need to withdraw money.

Parking services are their biggest strength. Actually the malls have to provide free parking because the whole business was goes to the mall alone. But many malls charging hour by hour. In-between them these RM1 per entry is great.

The best part is the surau of the muslimah on the Gnd Floor. Very spacious, the wudhu place is clean & amazing, powder room & huge mirror on the way out. Keep up the good work. Hopefully the visitors can maintain the cleanliness. No photos inside the surau due to privacy purpose

This place has variety of shops that are suitable for all kinds of people here. The place even have cheap stores (Daiso & Eco Shop). The parking is also cheap.

I came here every weekend for shopping. You can get almost everything here. I mainly shopping here for organic chicken and vegetables because they are fresh even though the price is quite expensive. For groceries, I personally not recommended to shop here. For example, if you want to buy olive oil I suggest you buy at 99 stores. It is much cheaper.

It's pretty big. I love that i have another option not too far from home. Got lots of parking spots inside and outside of the building. Since it's aeon, the parking fee is still so cheap. Rm1 for 2 hours. Please make no change on this. Tho it's big, the crowd could be overwhelming.
