Management and the security guards are lacking in communication, they all have own rules. Do what they like only. And some of them are disrespectful. No matter we are resident, visitor, or contractor, we all likes ppl who are respectful. Even the best, respect to each other. No matter races or the job we are doing. Looking down to the ppl is a very bad attitude, some of the management team members and the guards need to have a lesson.

It’s impolite to point your finger at my face and talk loudly and very very very rude !!disrespectful ! Very scared and worried about my own safety…move out soon…

My home, a very beautiful place, best part is the swimming pool and the gym 🤗 Quite a new place still very clean 🙂 not dirty.

Nice location. But lousy management and security system. Several cars been stolen here at parking condo. Always construction and poor soundproof system. Even walking with heavy steps can disturb neighbour downstairs. Poor IOI project. Wall cracks after some time and uneven floor and door. Don't live here if you want peace surroundings. (Sorry for my bad grammar)

New condo. Apparently can rent easily. Owner wanted me to check out if can do short term rental for him or not. Developer is IOI so you won't go wrong with this.

Good place to stay and hangout... Clinics, Cafe, Coffee Bean, Fitness Centre and Hospital nearby....

Bad attitude of management personal. Rent 1 week air BnB here. Owner gave 1 access card only. We rent 3 rooms house. We have two cars. Guard time give us register as visitor and park at visitor car park. Cause my mum is OKU. We got wheel chair. During last day of stay, after come back from hospital checkout for my mum, one of the management person not allow me to go in even thought I said is last time. As I need to go in do packing and check out today. Some more scold me. Called house owner also can't help. I some more asked to let me go inside to drop my mum only also cannot. Really feel bad of this kind of people's attitude.

Worst JMB ever met. My car was bang at the condo's ground floor rental parking lot, informed the management the time frame requested them to check the CCTV within the 1.5 hrs at the guard house entrance and exit gate, NEVER TAKE ANY ACTIONS, NEVER, JUST NEVER. When police is trying to help me now to get info, met with the management, they told the CCTV has already overwrite. What a PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT IN THIS CONDO SERIOUSLY. On the side note, there is no CCTV at the car park. Owners please park at your own risk or install a car cam just in case you meet some irresponsible driver.

Major problem in our service apartment is our Management. Several cars stolen, broken gym equipment for months without repair, poor security attitude and negligence ( Tafadhdal security company). I believe it will be better if residents work together to change the MO. New MO, better Pavillion.

Very bad experience stay. First of all met very rude building manager Deneshkumar. Memo not indicated date of issue, no grace period & not printed in pink or red colour paper. Very short notice given. Btw, memo dated Y2022 but pasted to wall Y2023 & take effect less than 24 hours. Some vehicles not clamp? Kindly explain why? Especially those luxury cars. Such a bad experience stay.

bad experience in car park, went to shoplot chiro. The guard said got another guard help to scan access card for lift. Then when leaving, the guard not there, ask management office to help. They say must have access card, and ask me to go to my carpark level using ramp. I just went for chiro because of back pain, and now ask me use ramp, what for I go for treatment??? Some more with bad attitude talking to me, macam I owe him 10k🙄

Location very convenient and easy access to restaurants, facilities ok, entrance for the condo quite small, overall good for stay and good for investment

The accomodation is pretty nice, is beautiful, clean.

so ridiculous . ive parked at place not labeled as reserved but my car got clamped by the management😡😡 u should have put a cone instead . very bad!!!!!!!!!! yall should never park here . never inform us at all that we cannot park there . PuT a cone la!!!!!!! label ke apa !!!!!! entah pape!!!

apparently the management staffs have new rules everyday and no communication. Was told they’d return me the deposit for the parking lot that I rented and keep the receipt, today one of them straight told me I couldnt get it back and ofc i was furious. Told me to wait for their colleague to arrive to work(late) only able to proceed the refund coz she was the one who dealed with me well, that is your problem not mine, you guys work in the same working space. Waited for 40mins and the same staff refunded me with her own money? Should have done that in the first place instead of wasting our time. Though the security guards and cleaners are nice people but the management members otherwise. Didnt even look at me in the eye and just waved off whatever I said, is this how you should be treating your guests? Also, communicating in your “own language” among your members infront of your guests could trigger a misunderstanding, definitely an unpleasant service provided by the management members.

The security guard has a bad attitude. I suggest changing the security guard to Kuma.
