Although the pool nice, but the security guard (old man) behaviour is terrible and insulting my buddy. I used to been there regularly, but after today incident I wouldn't go anymore. Today, i bring 2 best buddy for gathering in the pool. We just occupy a small place for chatting as they would not know swim. But the guard approach us several times and insulting my buddy "orang dewasa tak tau berenang kar!? Boleh naik kar? U kacau orang yang mahu berenang!" I totally can't believe the old man guard would insulting my buddy so loud in front crowded. I really hope ur community would aware this matter as I'm feeling very disappointed on this.

Well organised part of franchised swim school with origins from Australia. Lots of kids. Very structured programme. Permanent canvas shade over the pool and there's even a big covered area for parents who are waiting. Very strict on qualifying for replacement classes.

We came on a rainy day. Only get to swim for like 10 minutes. We didn't expect the rain to come. The toilet very clean. They got surau for muslim. All the details you guys can see through the picture.

Water quality is terrible. Water color is greenish and yellowish, like swimming in toxic waste.

Lane 3,4,5 open for public, most of the space is occupied for swimming lessons. For my opinion, is not suitable for beginner, because the depth is around 1.6m to 2.2m Toilet is clean and comfortable, just don't have plug (can't use hair dryer 😂) Must wear cap, or else need to buy or rent (RM 2)

As a student of D Swim Academy, I enjoyed much. The staff, teachers, and visitors are well mannered. I enjoyed so much because swimming is one of my hobby.

The outdoor pool is mostly covered. Clean water convenient shower and changing room. Schedule is always updated online. Easy to find parking. Can rent locker for only RM 2 for 4 hours. The only downside is sometimes very crowded when the swimming team or lessons are conducted here. Some lucky days you might get the whole pool for yourself.

Good teacher and environment to learn swimming. Only let down is the shower and changing room which is under renovation...

Small pool, outdoor, no shades, full of kids, not suited for public, dirty, not flexible, long cool off period, BAD service. NOT WORTH IT!!!

Place a direct line to the centre location please. We have to travel so far and class gets cancelled because of rain. Can save some travel time there as the info gjven5is via a CS line.

The official care line called but no answer, not even machine. Bad experience for customers, if not working, better don’t put on the website.

The worst swimming pool i ever go ! We go to counter and paid rm 8 per person bcs its weekend, that time when at the counter , the receiptionist are not friendly and didnt remind or highlight that here need to were swimming cap at all, after we enter the swimming pool, the staff "life guard" shout at me hardly and repeatedly, asking for me to were swimming cap and go buy at the counter, i went out from the swimming pool and ask the receiptionist ,she said swimming cap is rm 50 , so i ask her why she not inform me at the first place and she just go away. Should i paid rm 58 only to swim here? I end up swim in kid's swimming pool , and the water for kid's swimming pool also dirty, ah I experiences a very bad weekend bcs of this. Thankyou for your bad services. Now i understand why in weekend your place not full at all, its because of your services.
