The best treatment i had so far. From the doctor until the all staff very concern to customer requirement, very nice, soft spoken. Never feel disappointed. My skin improved much better to be honest.

We took our daughter to visit the lady doc at Ecopark. A gel was prescribed, with no labeling on it to indicate the content therein. As my daughter developed a reaction to this product, I tried to call to find out about the ingredients in this gel. Unfortunately I couldn't go there physically, as we are presently overseas. I called from 8 am to 1pm, the phone was always engaged. I called the Damansara branch to get another number to contact Ecopark on, and was given the Centre Manager's name and cellphone number. After a number of desperate messages to inform them that their land line is constantly engaged and to get some answers, the manager, has still not responded and the landline continues to be engaged!!! Disgraceful!

For beauty treatments (Non medical/surgical), please do look for Ms.Cody at this branch. Her techniques / Extraction-KungFu have been extremely "spot - on" for my teenager facial issues (E.g Spots, Pimples, Cysts etc). We have been with her for years at other Dr.Ko branch and after she relocated we tried with others and it has not been good. We actually had to pay twice for different treatments to treat the same issue which didn't work (Remove Big Oil Seed). So at the end we had to endure tolls and jams from PJ to Shah Alam to get Ms.Cody's services. But it was worth it for sure.

Brought in my eczema-riddled 8-yr old son for consultation and meds at the Cheras branch, and got an appt with Dr. Sim who's from Eco Park but on-duty there at the time. Great charming friendly doc, gave us options and recommendations, and prescribed my son with good medication. Eczema shows immediate improvement the very next day. Perhaps a little on the pricier side for my wallet, but justified by the service and medical care quality tbh.

The services that I receive from Klinik Dr. Ko is excellent. Doctor and the staff are friendly, My skin has been continuously become better and better.
