I was left forgotten by DrS after 1 years of treatment as my condition turn from bad to worse. The Doctors just gave up on my case of alopecia areata. Very unprofesional to abandonned your customer. Unworthy consultation by Dr Shah as he got the answer from google. I can do the same from home.

Was given a great consultation session by Dr Wan & I’m currently prescribed with Keto Shampoo for dandruff and Finasteride for hair loss. Great advice & good ambiance in the clinic as well. Reasonable prices for hair care I would say. Definitely my clinic for hair loss & hair care.

Make an appointment at 11 am until 12 pm is still not my turn yet, they maybe good in what they do but prepare to wait the entire day for it because they don’t respect your time

Very bad service. Last minute cancelled the appointment just because there is no doctor. Not all people stay in kl or selangor. I already pay for my ticket flight to come to kl just to attend the appointment. U can't just last minute cancel it. And they don't even say sorry.

Bad customer service. I was asking to get the further information regarding the new products but they just ignored me. Now they lost one more regular customer. The others will follow next.

Had an appointment with Dr Deena this morning. Had a pleasant experience. Staff was friendly and hospitality was good. I've been to other "hair specialist" those hard selling "au naturel sort" and Dr Shah clinic is definitely not one of them. I was suggested some medication for my condition. Looking forward to getting better.

I have been used doctor Shsharound 4 months is really benefit and really makes sense. When I'm using this product it can see a different changes in my hair. Doctor here give good explanations and clinic stuffs are very friendly. Good experience. Recommended to come here for hair transplant and hair treatment.
