Had very unpleasant situation with the staff. Lady that was working at the reception was rolling her eyes at us when we asked why our bill was 50€ more than we expected. Apparently if you use their towels for sauna they charge you extra and that would be ok if the other staff member didn’t told us otherwise. We specifically asked if we will have to pay more and he said no, once you return the towels at the end of your time in spa you don’t have to pay extra for towels. So obviously we wanted to solve the issue by speaking with both staff members and solve the situation. Nevertheless the lady at reception did not want to call the other staff member, was rolling eyes at us and ignoring us for 10 minutes. At the end we gave up and just payed the amount. It was not really about the money but it was really rude and unprofessional, unfortunately we will never go back.

Great place with fair price. It has two types of textiled saunas. The design of the open pools is such that they are behind the building while they could have faced the Bad Urach mountains. It has best value when visited after a hike nearby.

the water is fantastic and pleasantly warm. The 38-degree outdoor water was real this winter !! I definitely recommend it to anyone who goes for it!

Saunas, heated pools, staff all top Would love to heave healthier food there however. Who wouldn't like the possibility to hydrate with a smoothie or fruit after 90°C sauna?

Super waters with great temperatures! This Therme ranks among my favourites in terms of value for money, quality, cleanliness and super restaurant. Even being here on one of the most crowded times, everyone was respectful and friendly, even the few children that were here were very well behaved. The bonus of being attached to a hotel and clinic and only steps away from the campervan parking lot sealed it as a top-favourite of mine.

Our favorite of the several we have visited. Clean and beautiful with nice variety of pools and saunas with varying temperatures. Staff were friendly and available to assist. The food in the cafe was fantastic. A total delight!

Fantastic massage from Christine and great bath with multiple different areas, indoors and outdoors. Went for a 5 hour ticket and added a back and legs massage. The massage therapist Christine did a fantastic job and the massage was relaxing and truly enjoyable.

I make a point of visiting theses thermal baths every time I am in the area. It's super relaxing and you can enjoy a bite to eat and drink there too. I saw some signs notifying people that renovation of the changing rooms will begin soon but do not recall the specific date.

For me the visit in 2017 was a trip back into the past when I was a kid, for my daughter this was an absolutely stunning adventure. It was freezing cold outside, but she did not swim back into the inside, she keps swimming in and out, as it was such a great experience for her.

Wonderful place to relax alone, with friends or with partner. The offer is more than satisfactory, the pools are cleaned and warm, especially the small outdoor, which is really a heaven for muscles. Even without the full ticket including sauna landschaft, it is possible to enjoy sauna and dampfbad in to separated rooms. The ambient is cleaned, elegantly furnished and the atmosphere is relaxing. The view outside is really nice.
