Today,
I
ordered
pizzas
for
the
night,
knowing
maybe
it
wasn't
my
day
back
then.
So
I
gave
it
a
try
ordering
for
my
family.
Turns
out,
it
never
works
out
for
me.
😅
I
ordered
&
paid
as
usual
within
the
app,
hence
picked
the
"Curbside
Pickup"
option
with
full
detail.
It
took
me
almost
an
hour
looking
at
other
customers
in
&
out
carrying
their
orders.
I
can
see
few
customers
and
some
employees
tending
the
order
sheets.
I
called
and
tried
the
app
functions
where
it
should
informed
them
of
my
pickup
time.
None
works.
Usually
they'd
call
me,
but
not
this
time.
I
got
out
of
my
car
&
went
to
the
front
desk
cashier
asking
for
my
order.
Yes
they
tend
to
my
needs
quick,
but
without
a
receipt.
It
took
them
several
minutes
with
asking
me
twice
just
to
find
it,
realizing
I'd
usually
have
it
with
the
orders.
They've
found
it
in
good
condition
(nvm
the
crumpling),
yet
I'm
pretty
upset
with
making
me
&
my
family
wait
and
clearly
printed
out
"Curbside
Pickup".
I
understand
if
you
guys
are
busy,
but
if
you
don't
want
to
to
send
it
outside,
call.
I
can
get
my
order
myself.
The
app
puts
the
option
available,
so
it
should
be
working,
yeah?
I
saw
the
supervisor
walking
around
not
trying
to
solve
my
problem
(knowing
the
issue),
I
heard
&
saw
how
you
move,
so
I
know.
Although
all
that,
I'd
like
to
give
compliments
to
the
chef/staffs
in
the
kitchen
for
the
delightful
food
you
serve,
was
gonna
rate
3*
but
Super
Supreme
nailed
it,
4*.
Thus
my
feedback
for
today.
Overall;
service
improvement,
supervision
needs
to
be
better.
(I'm
not
yapping
for
my
first
experience
here,
it
happens
too
much
at
the
same
joint
sadly).
