If you do not have product knowledge just be polite. Do not shout at your customer if you can’t handle long queue! Just stay at home and shout at the mirror instead! I saw the lady boss shouting at other customers as customers were asking for product information. Price wise any pet shop in Kuching is better than this shop. Be Warned Kuching people. Stay Far Away from this shop!

Big shop, which sale many types of tropical fishes, tortoise & hamster. But limilited choices of getting accessories sells here, even fish foods. I am guessing limited stock, I guess...? Price some how pricey abit. But honestly the shop is clean & tidy.

Unfriendly counter staff. No sense of making sure customer satisfy at all. Staff recommended the wrong item for anti-cloudiness. Price quite expensive. On the good note, wide range of aquarium products.

Love this place becasue the fishes is well taken care of. Tank is clean and fishes seem happy. They also sell cats and dogs food too.

There was a sign at the door about wearing a mask (note to the owner: please stop with the COVID scam) but none of the staff were wearing masks, so we entered the shop. Nobody said anything.
