easy check-in and checkout and kind of fancy, calm rooms with new interior (felt quite luxurous), nice staff can recommend! When you're staying you can choose some kind of city pass for free and you will be able to visit the Kufstein Fortress

Great value for it’s price! The hotel is slightly outside of the center, but the town is so small which means that’s only 5 min walk. The hotel is neat, rooms well kept, and staff is friendly. I appreciated their efforts despite all COVID circumstances, to make our stay pleasant.

Clean and welcoming place. The breakfast is 14 euro/person/day. It’s a buffet where you can also ask for omelette. The food was nice. There are no restaurants after breakfast. They have a really nice sauna. It’s 90degrees, some people may not be able to use it. Also, it’s Austrian sauna, so nude people will be present. The staff were welcoming, helpful and great. The elevator is really annoying, as you get a card for your room and you can only go the level you have a room on. If you come with a group, and they are on different floors, you can’t visit them unless they come pick you up. If we visit the town again, we’ll surely come back.

Nice hotel at a good value. Cheap parking option and very close to everything you need to visit the area or grab the ski bus.

Great location in town, easy to get around. Has a parking garage right under the hotel, good breakfast and very friendly staff.

Very central hotel with a view of the fortress if you are on the right side of the hotel. The suite room has a cute TV that rotates from lounge to bed area and has a huge bathroom, twin sinks and a bath with jets in it. Breakfast is quite nice in a large room with a decent selection of cereals, yoghurts, and a few warm things. Lots of cold meats and cheese as you kind of expect in Europe.

The garage is not high enough for SUVs with a ski box, and costs 9 euro per day. Otherwise the hotel is well located, accepts pets and has a wonderful sauna area with lovely views. There is an ample breakfast and friendly staff.

Somehow a 3 star review and a few nonsensical words have appeared in my name on this site a year ago. It is 3 years since I visited Kufstein and my memory of the hotel was a comfortable airy modern room and a busy restaurant at breakfast time. I think the breakfast was good and I remember smart, cheerful and friendly staff. It was part of a very good experience in a delightful town. I must now work out how to to prevent what seems to have been a hack into some account of mine.

The best hotel, ever!!! The in room coffee service offers an Illy machine with Illy capsules!!! Unique! That alone, gave to this hotel 5 stars! I was there for only one night, unfortunately, for a business trip, and boy, what a sunshine to the cloudy scene of hotels, in general, that was!!! Knowing that you will have a decent coffee in the morning!!! Perfect!!!

Absolutely excellent Hotel. We visited with our 2 small children and all the staff were very friendly and pleasant to our 2 energetic children.The breakfast room staff were especially friendly and helpful and very kind to our 2 small children and the reception staff were very friendly.The sauna and spa on the top floor was also very nice and overall the Hotel is very clean and free from clutter There was no kettle in the room, but this was a minor flaw. Good service and friendliness is what makes a Hotel stay really enjoyable and this Hotel seem to be very well managed by excellent professional people.We hope to visit this Hotel again.
