他の店舗と同じくとても美味しいのですが、最近改装されてから初めて行ったところ、いくつか気になったところが。 ①イートイン使おうと思って店内にはいったら、店員さんと目があってもノーリアクションで、なんか迷惑だったかな〜ドライブスルーで忙しそうだもんな〜と感じた。 ②オーダーがセルフになってて、機械が1台しかなく、後ろに他の方が並ぶと焦る。セットの種類が多いし選べるドリンクなども多く、例えば同じく入店時にセルフで食券を買う松屋のオーダーと比べて時間かかるし、間違って訂正なんてことになったら最後、かなりのプレッシャーを感じそう。 ③オーダーして席に着いたが、モニターが客席から見えない。自分のができたのか全く分からず、何度か見に行くハメに。待ってる間、②の今後の対策としてアプリでモバイルオーダーできるように設定したが、テイクアウトとデリバリーしか出てこないんですが、イートインでも利用できるかのかがよく分からんです。謎。 ④まあまあ待って出てきた料理が冷めていて、もしかしたらとっくに出来ていて気づかなかっただけかもしれませんが、③のように何度か見に行ってて、その時は出来てなくて。そんな何度も何度も見に行くの恥ずかしいし。 ⑤帰るときも特に何も言われなかったかと。やっぱりイートインは歓迎されてないのかも、と少し凹む。

ウーバーでレッドホットチキン注文してみた！ ちょっと心配だったが、届いたチキンはちゃんと暖かかった（笑）。チキンは安定の美味しさ！ポテトはサクサクではなく、イマイチだったかな。

Kenta's fried chicken is something I sometimes want to eat. I had S lunch at the restaurant. Is the lid of the iced coffee fixed by applying heat? Even if I twist it, it won't open. Neither fresh nor syrup can be added. I took it to the counter and had them open it, but it seemed like they needed some force to bend the cup's mouth. The lady who opened it for me was very polite and didn't say a word. It's hot and humid, and I'm so busy with so many take-out customers that I can't even smile or have a conversation. The worst.

It's a normal KFC. That's fine. One thing to note, though, I've been there a few times, and the cash register is self-service, so it takes quite a while. Drive-thru may be faster.

I ordered at the drive-thru, but the young girl's voice was so low that I couldn't understand what she was saying. Another young girl also had really bad customer service. Customer service is courteous. I use it all the time and have never had a bad experience. I have a Mac though
