Update Feb 2023: Cosicosi is still just as amazing!!! Menu changes often. Staff continues to provide some if the best hospitality you'll experience in Tokyo. And I still highly recommend the paper chicken Update: April 2022 Cosicosi is back open! And it's as good as I remember. Great time with tasty food and excellent service. They have a new menu with an English menu. They also have 2 new specials, Korean chicken and soy sauce glazed fish. Came here for dinner on a Saturday night, no reservation. The food menu is huge, and in english, drink menu is only in japanese. They make you buy a drink as a table charge. They have so many yummy things but we ended up getting a chicken appetizer with peanut sauce, poke salad, and mushroom risotto. The best dish by far was the salad it was so good! Great date spot. They sanitize the tables very well as soon as a customer leaves. We'll be back here very often. Friendly staff, 2 members spoke English fairly well. Vegan and gluten free options!

I appreciated the outdoor seating with a water feature and mosquito repellers. The guacamole and chips were really delicious. I also ordered vegan nasi goreng, and I'm glad it came with Sriracha to boost the flavor. The presentation was really nice. Do pay attention to the menu since the person I ate with was surprised by the tortilla since it was gluten free and not what they were expecting.

Delicious plates! Big menu with a specialty in hot bowls. Queso is great! The ceviche was fresh. Spaghetti arrabiatta had great flavor. Nice outdoor seating and good COVID prevention measures.

The fantastic dining experience, the chef had a very applicable sense of food preparation. Most of the food was served on a cast iron pan. The food presentation was very elegant. Very good option of vegetarian,vegan, and gluten-free. I want to go with my friends. Very cozy environment and very friendly staff.

Finding a restaurant in Japan, which serves meat based as well as vegan, vegetarian and gluten free food, with alcohol is extremely rare in my experience. Cosi Cosi modern Mexican is one of those few places where I, a vegetarian as well as my meat-eating friend, could enjoy a vast variety of food. Although most of the food is Mexican inspired but they have a few fusion foods as well from other cuisines, eg vietnamese, Italian etc We mostly had vegetarian and vegan food and it was lip-smacking. We had nachos with harissa cheese, Mexican version of vietnamese cold spring roll which had avocados as the main ingredient (special item not on the regular menu), Mushroom balls with chimichurri, lamb kebab burrito ( not in photos) and mocha tiramisu for dessert. I also had a cranberry based cocktail which was prepared really well. The hosts are very gracious and kind. The man and the lady explained the menu well to us, asked beforehand if we were vegetarian so we could order without any confusion. They were definitely one of the kindest and sweetest hosts I have come across in Japan. I spoke to them in Japanese, but I believe they'll help you out even if you don't speak the language. The restaurant is very spacious yet cozy. Would definitely recommend for everyone no matter what the purpose; dates, get-togethers, family dinners etc. Kudos to team Cosi Cosi for this memorable experience. Will definitely visit again!!

Nice little restaurant on the back streets of Toritsudaigaku. An excellent staff that was friendly and ready to answer any questions. The cops and salsa were good, and the burrito was tasty (although the wrap wasn’t my favorite). Lots of drink options and very authentic feeling.

Like scuba diving in a cenote! Delicious food with wonderfully subtle twists, beautiful presentation, and an incredible staff. Went with 7 friends and it was an incredible time ❤️

Very cute restaurant with delicious food and great service! Plenty of vegan options available. Loved the birria tacos, homemade chips and salsa and the rissotto. The hot tiramisu is delicious! Cosi Cosi has just become my favourite Mexican restaurant in Tokyo!

Lovely local restaurant that serves both vegan and non vegan mexican food. Their classic salad is a must! Amazing taste and huge variety of ingredients (vegetables, fruits, tofu, beans, nuts, seeds, corn chips, all in one plate, together with a delicious dressing). My most favorite dish is vegan cheese burrito (it has soy meat, soy cheese, veggies and beans inside). Vegan tacos and spring rolls are great too.

Absolutely delightful gem in Tokyo. Vegan, vegetarian, and meat lover friendly. Gracious service and beautifully balanced flavours. Fresh and flavourful. Well worth the trip.

My go to Mexican restaurant with lots of vegan options. Staff understands what vegan is and helps you with ordering meals and desserts Every dish comes with killer flavours. Nice atmosphere - the terrace seats were perfect for a warm evening. The food and drinks were great and the staff were kind. I’ll definitely go back!
