    I trained with Glen for the past three months in his "3-month transformational program" and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who would like to get her/his lifestyle "fixed" but doesn't know where to start. Glen's program helped me figuring out how to integrate in my daily life healthy habits from different perspective: nutrition, physical excercises, and daily routine activities. Despite the training/coaching sessions were online, we created a solid group, interacted daily, supported each other. Was overall lots of fun!

    I joined Glen’s 3 month program to lose weight, improve chronic lower back pain and headaches and to find a way to enjoy exercise again. His program helped me achieve my goals, and even more! I’ve created new, life-long habits (like walking and stretching every day) that really changed my life. Glen supported me the whole way through the program, adapted to my individual needs and was available to chat whenever I needed extra support. I would highly recommend working together with Glen!

    Working with Glen provided me with the support and context I needed to begin prioritizing my health again. I really liked the format of being able to workout in my home, and Glen’s responsiveness made this program a successful integration into my lifestyle. He also was able to work more in depth with me on necessary workout modifications so that I always knew I was progressing instead of getting frustrated with what I couldn’t do. I ended the three month program very satisfied with what I had achieved, and I look forward to continue working with Glen on my fitness journey!

    I highly recommend Glens program. He makes things very easy to follow and understand. If you put in the effort and time you will get results. Glen supports and encourages all the way which is a huge help.

    I have not seen a fitness coach as dedicated towards helping one achieve one’s objectives. I like the personalization aspect of his coaching, which begins with him encouraging you to define your own success criteria, followed by a personalized fitness test and then he chalks out the fitness plan. His background as a chef helps in meal planning (especially for foodies like me). Once you embark on a plan with him, he ensures that one doesn’t give up 😊. I highly recommend this training program!

    I had a 3 month training session with Glen, and I've learnt so much during the process. He really dives deep into planning your fitness goals and customises the meal plans and workouts to suit your personal needs. His programme allowed me to see that I can achieve more than I thought I could, and not only am I stronger and fitter, I know that I can carry forward what he has taught me and apply it to my daily life. Thank you Glen!

    Glen is very hardworking and cares a lot for his clients. You can feel the enthusiasm and love for what he does. The workouts are killer - in a good way! Unfortunately, i dint meet my goal weight but im still following his workouts and hopefully i will.

    Glen is a great trainer, making each session enjoyable yet challenging. He provided customized advice that played a crucial role in my health and performance. Initially, I was skeptical about reaching my weight loss goal, but Glen's dedication and encouragement proved me wrong. Thanks to him, I've achieved what I once thought was impossible (and even workout daily). I now feel confident to continue myself with the equipment that he sent me at the beginning of the course and his post-course guidance. I highly recommend Glen to anyone looking for a serious yet enjoyable fitness journey!

    Amazing 4 months with Glen and my little workout group! The motivation was there, great workouts, and that Glen is there every step of the way had been awesome! The custom plans, from food to workouts, were simple yet extremely effective (but I can’t say his dad jokes landed at every single workout 😂). Working out with Glen and the team for the last few months has been really instrumental to making me strong 💪🏻 enough to finish the Athens marathon. I honestly don’t think I would have made it otherwise! Thanks Glen for everything!

    Working with Glen helped me achieve in 3 months what I had been trying and failing to do for years. I am fitter stronger and thinner. I am wearing the clothes that got put to the back of the wardrobe having reduced 2 sizes. I can run 5km now and am inspired for my next target of a 10km race. More importantly it is a huge psychological boost - I feel so much more positive. I had doubts about working virtually, I am so happy I tried despite the doubts because it worked. Also I find Glen’s recipe books really helpful and easy to use - and the meals are tasty ( no plain steamed chicken and veg in sight 😊)

    Being an expat in Germany and not knowing anyone or being able to join a local gym. I found Glen online and got in touch. From the quick response to one on call call asking my needs and listening to what I needed in my fitness regime was comforting. His approach to healthy eating and training is relatable and current and the workouts quick but impactful. If you are looking for a personalised training program and someone who is behind you cheering you on. I highly recommend Glen.

    Glen is a a great coach who has developed a simple, effective and personalised approach for his clients. His guidance helped me introduce fitness and nutrition into my already very busy work, travel and life schedule. I hit all my goals at three and again at six months. Highly recommended coach who empathises with the busy professional, but won’t let us keep making the same excuses for not taking our health seriously.
