Super nice atmosphere. Very polished environments. Game arena is big enough to have a lot of fun, even in large groups. Super cool for company events

Loved the decor and atmosphere. There's also a horror shop where you can do all your Halloween shopping.

Booked in advance, however due to illness needed to cancel. 1) Cancellation fee of 20% requested via email, while their page on rights of withdrawal states full payment will be refunded if requested within 14 days after purchase and no fees will be inquired. @shockers be more transparent about your cancellation policy to your customers! 2) The refund took two and half weeks. In the end was issued only after I requested it via paypal buyer protection. 3) Poor email communication, claiming refund was sent out, while in a week nothing arrived and seller no longer answered to my email. Just go to another laser tag in. It will be less of a headache.

Was fun, but while there are not more than two teams playing the game. Nice shop with a lot of stuff for monstrous makeup and Halloween outfit.

I had lots of fun!! The place is well designed for high action! Staff was very nice and helpful, design was great, price is great! Can't wait to go there again!

Best lasertag place I've been to in Germany so far. Super cool and nice staff (and I really mean SUPER cool, especially the guy with the fancy moustache - love him, absolute comedian). Playing field is cool. Not the biggest I've been to, not the smallest either. No second story, but cool gadgets and decoration. Light conditions just perfect for my taste. Shotgun mode (blaster) is overpowered though, it almost never pays to switch to phaser. I honestly think that the general fun to be had here would increase, if blaster were to simply be disabled. Right now on many occasions, it's a simple game of who sees whom first.

Went for a company event. Really fun, big arena, bar for drinks between games. The game mode is fun with boost and extra points places

Nice and cozy laser tag place. Stuff is responsive and friendly. Recommended place for team events.
