Empty shop on a Monday morning, after I walked what felt like 5 laps in the showroom and at least 4 employees passed me, said hello, but no one asked me if they could help me, I left the place disappointed. It's a shame, customer service is definitely different.

Despite the fact that we didn't have an appointment, we were accommodated well and given great advice. Great importance was placed on choosing the right bikes for us. We even checked to see if the cheaper one with the right frame size was also in stock. Although the more expensive one has already been confirmed. We look forward to pickup 😊

Even though I bought my third-party e-bike in Erfurt, I quickly got an appointment here to have the brake pads replaced and a spring inspection. I'm absolutely thrilled with the service and friendliness, the bike is running great and safe again, a big thank you to the team 🤗

Have experienced excellent service here. We received great advice, despite the rare extra request, and were able to test my bike several times. Even extensively over the weekend. At the At the end it was also the bike including the helmet and lock. Great advice and great business. The bike is great if you have balance problems and pain. The different perspective means you can pedal easily despite joint/muscle pain.

On Monday, as an aid on the way, I handed in my e-bike with handlebar damage for repair. The service employee was very objective and friendly. After about 75 minutes I was happy to receive the bike again. Fair price and great service! Then we continued towards Slovenia 🇸🇮.
