On behalf of the family, I would like to thank you again very much for everything that happened to my father in the first quarter of this year at station B4. Thank you for the fact that he fell out of bed several times and is still extremely afraid of being placed in the nursing care bed. For the fact that, despite consultation with the ward doctor, Ms. St., and consistently negative COVID-19 test results, none of the planned neurological examinations took place (for which I was specially summoned to the house to sign the consents) and the lack of findings made it necessary for the outpatient treatment to continue making it unnecessarily difficult for doctors. Thank you for locking an elderly person in need of care and almost blind in a room for around three weeks without any contact with the 'world outside'. Our greatest thanks go to the staff who, as trained nurses, do not recognize urinary retention and a severely swollen stomach, and to a senior doctor who told us on the phone in the morning that my father was fine and an hour later said 'We had to to transfer her father to another hospital with the emergency services. He has kidney failure!' called. After my father fortunately returned home after a long odyssey and we came to terms with the circumstances, I wrote a letter of complaint to the management, which has remained unanswered to this day. I wish you all that, should you ever find yourself in the situation of being sick and helpless, that you will meet yourself again!

I recently had a hospital stay and I am thrilled with the excellent care I received there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and safe. The doctors and nurses were very knowledgeable and compassionate and helped me every step of the way. I was also impressed with the cleanliness and hygiene of the hospital. The facility was very modern and comfortable, which helped me recover faster. Overall, my stay at the hospital was a positive experience and I would recommend it to anyone requiring professional and friendly care. Many thanks to the entire team for the excellent work!

The parking situation is terrible. It's almost a kilometer from the parking lot to the brand new stations. It is almost impossible to visit with people with walking difficulties - there is almost no possibility of parking the vehicle at the stations. Not well solved!

(Translated by Google) B7: I don't know what to say about that, but if you don't want to be treated like a second-class person even though you're looking for help there, please stay away from this station. As soon as you question any little thing or have a different opinion, you are presented as a stubborn idiot who does not want to see his illness and should please leave the thinking to the "EXPERTS". Some doctors and psychologists are hard to beat when it comes to arrogance and lack of empathy. To this day I wonder how such people can end up in these professions. I understand that there really are people who reject any form of medical help and talk bad about everything even though they don't want to work on themselves. Of course there are enough of them, but many employees (not all) are to blame for the fact that many think so and become unreasonable. So if you are looking for help, please please please look for another hospital, at least when it comes to psychiatry. I can't judge the other wards.

(Translated by Google) I was on the A14 in 2009. The therapy was superficial and pointless. Above all, attempts were made to manipulate the behavior of the patients. They didn't really help me with my complaints. The therapists were often spiteful and not worth the trust one should be able to place in one's therapist. Positive: You learn relaxation methods (PMR, autogenic training and concentrated relaxation). They are helpful.

(Translated by Google) Ward B5 is absolutely not recommended, mold in the dining room and kitchen as well as in the patient rooms. The house looks pretty from the outside, that's it, the entire inventory belongs in the bulky waste, no proper beds, cupboards without veneer, etc. Inside the house you immediately get depression, dark uninviting etc. Renovation with friendly colors new furniture could help but according to the senior doctor you shouldn't feel good but only concentrate on the therapy. The relaxation room is in dark basement dungeon no more.

I feel in good hands at station B7. Staff, therapists and cleaning staff are consistently friendly and always open to a conversation. The doctors seem very professionally competent. The quality of the food is okay and varied. The only negative point is the staffing - some therapies are canceled without replacement in the event of illness/vacation. In addition, psychotherapy as a supplement to drug treatment is neglected.

(Translated by Google) As a first psychiatric stay (ward B3) it was a good start, but with some deficits. Positive: - a lot of green in the area for walking - Through the close therapy group, you can establish intensive contact and exchange ideas with fellow patients - one one-on-one interview per week Negative: - one must not question anything and MUST accept the therapist's opinion completely - partially insensitive sisters - too tight program, you have almost no time to think about yourself, excuses from various therapies are not accepted If I had a choice, I wouldn't really go to this hospital again.

(Translated by Google) Hello dears, when I see some people writing here, it is clear to me from afar that unfortunately they will probably never really understand their illness. I had my second long-term therapy on ward B5 and I liked it very much. I can only warmly recommend this ward to you if you really want to change something then you've come to the right place.

(Translated by Google) I would like to describe my impressions factually. Hope it maybe brings a spark of improvement potential. I was a trainee in this facility. Once on the B1 and the B4.1. To B4.1: with the requirement that you want to learn something and want to work, you will be welcomed with open arms. A warm and relaxed atmosphere. Great station honestly. B1: relatively mixed result... one would like to look at various therapy methods, e.g. A puncture is often open so that you can get an insight. Especially as a student you can learn a lot. Interpersonally, the station is probably the prime example of incompetence. The professionals are "so-so" but is probably objective for everyone to judge for themselves. The head of the station, Mr. P., on the other hand, is the biggest human loser I've come across in my life. Young staff don't want to go or complain, quit or gossip behind their backs. Logically, if you only bring women into your house with your tiny ego and change clothes together with them, you are not the best choice for a managerial position. Too bad, several know about it, only things are changing. It probably never will. Super Station ehrlich. MfG

Some may complain a lot, but they have never thought. You come there to expect help. Help against his addiction. I received it there. With a lot of effort and it was checked. Everyone who complained never thought about why they were there. Thanks to the entire therapeutic team

(Translated by Google) Nowadays it's a matter of luck who you get in a hospital when you have to go there. I was all the more pleasantly surprised by the attention paid by the doctors and colleagues in neurology during my stay in April 2022. (Ward B1) I felt I was in good hands and treated. Many thanks from my side.

Because of my many experiences, I didn't allow myself to be admitted to the hospital, but instead had an outpatient diagnosis carried out after the advice of the old senior doctor. As an ADHDer, you can hardly get in anywhere anyway. Even if things went wrong here and there because of an appointment, for example due to illness, I always got a message! Ms. Paulisch in diagnostics is great, sister Simone really handles everything professionally under no matter how much pressure and is always super nice, just like her colleagues. And I am also more than satisfied with my current doctor, Dr Suttö. She listens, listens to me, does regular check-ups about medication, etc. It's really a blessing for me to be a patient. Despite the journey of almost 40km, I never want to go anywhere else!

I was there 6 years ago and was appalled by the accommodation. But I didn't feel like a patient. Rather, people try to find their way in life without any addictive substances. Of course you have to do a lot of things that don't suit you at all. Personally, I found domestic service to be like exploiting your workforce. But I can tell you, it helps to reorient and organize yourself in life so that you don't shorten your life with addictive substances. So everyone who is like me dealing with addiction, cheer up, it's only been a few weeks. And there is always a new way.

Collusion is for the butt. The day clinic is a joke. Just be careful who you believe. Either way, you are suddenly healed after your stay.

We were on station B1. The staff was generally friendly and the examinations went relatively quickly. Unfortunately, the lady from the secretariat is very unfriendly and shows no empathy. You get unfriendly reactions and answers to a normal and simple question. I think in this work you should be able to answer a question emphatically instead of making inappropriate comments several times.

Please find another hospital where you can receive treatment. Anyone who still had some courage to live when they came here loses what they have left during the “treatment”.
