The pricing is different according to who attends you. And worst products. My frame broke in 2 days. It was a buy 1 get 1 free and the man there did not even mention it and said that it's 4000 when it's buy one get one free. They only gave me 1 frame

Since this is the first time I'm using lenskart it was overall a good shopping experience. Got assistance on frame selection. Staff was polite and kind. Got quick delivery too.

Worst ever experienced for past 2 visit , so I did not place order from Lenskart , I went to change the lens of my spectacles which I have order from Lenskart less than a year old , but at first visit that sales person said me that only lens can't replaced, I visited other Lenskart outlets in another district they said they can change , I arruge with this person then finally I accept that we will change and give , and last he asked me the invoice of old spectacles , I don't have it , so he try with my mobile number in his computer he did not get the order details but he came to notice that , the date and more of frame he can see but the lens type he can't found in his computer , so he said me that without the lens model he can repair my spectacles, then further he did not said me anything , just he doing his usual speaking work , so called to customer care and follow with Lenskart directly, so pls my friends don't walk into this avanishi road outlet , no use of going , just log in to app and place order and make complaint

Bad serivice...went for service to adjust specs ...they broke the specs while adjusting and gave me the reason that it had rust....when i checked it i dont see any rust in it....
