KFC is a well known international fast food chain of restaurants that offers different varieties of Fried Chickens and burgers at an above average price. This one at Haripad is easily accessible and not wheel chair friendly. Parking is there but it's not exclusive for KFC. Computerized menu card which helps the customer to order their choice with the family/friends. When I visited with my friends there was staff to help me with the ordering. Food tastes above average and I do recommend this sometimes as regular junk food is not good for the health.

I ordered a parcel of Chizza. After reaching home, when i opened the box, it was the worst food i ever got🤬😡. It was utter flop. 4 small peaces of broast chicken (which was also flop) and no cheese at all.... Avanmaru nallonam thechu...here i am sharing the photos too...and the best part is...they charged 293rs from me for this shit😡🤬...I will never suggest this place...for anyone...

Hi. If this is not working please don't keep it as an option. I have tried 3 times to make the payment and didn't accept the card and as a last option I had chosen to pay at the counter which had failed. When I went to the counter the staff took the order of the person who was standing in front and left the counter just after taking the order after which i had left the outlet. Easily, the worst KFC outlet I have visited. Staff are absolutely untrained. AC is almost never working. None of the staff have a clue how to use the kiosk or if it is working etc. You can enter this place and feel like the staff has as much experience at this shop as you do in 15 seconds. Food is okay I guess, due to the quality of the staff and the bad condition of the shop I ordered 1 small tub n left and it was okay I guess. Absolutely not a dine in place.

The food quality was really good, the atmosphere was kinda normal not cozy or romantic but still it was really good. The cleanliness was poor, the tables were really messy and had food particles here and there, it was quite confusing who the employees were some weren't wearing uniforms. Still the quality of chicken was good served it hot and beverages were cold and all the rest of the things were normal nothing special.

Looks very good from outside, and thts all that they have got... i will nt recomend this place, its too hot inside and the ac is nt working.. When i checked the review later i understood tht the ac there is nt working for around 9 months.. Yet,no one is there to clear this issue.. This place is one of the best examples of how not to do a customer service..

Haripad KFC on Google Maps exceeded my expectations! The chicken was delicious, service was quick, and the staff was friendly. Clean environment and a satisfying dining experience overall. It's by the national highway. Easily accessible. The staff is helpful. Helped us in ordering food via kiosk. Food tasted really good. The strips had a good spicy taste. The food chicken was great too. Place is kept clean. Enough seating space. Would recommend a visit

We reached here around 7.30pm.The staff on the counter was not pleasant to approach, i recommend he should definitely provided with proper training on customer handling.Most of the items which were shown on the swiggy app were not available in the shop as per the staff.need more improvements especialy customer dealing

Dine in Service were not that much good .tables were not cleaned at sometime mostly in rush times

Please fix the AC. The waiter asked us for our phones and she herself took the phone and put a 5 star review. I understand asking for reviews but by putting it herself was overstepping her boundaries a little bit in my opinion. Food was great and apart from the aforementioned incident service was great, workers were friendly and did their jobs well.

Good. We have to order on screen. Waiters will help to order. On Wednesday Good Offers are there. Not so crowded. Can have food peacefully.

Forcing people to use the ONE kiosk for orders. Completely opposite of Fast Food. It’s like SLOW food. Came with family. Left without ordering!
