Well I had a horrible experience with this business for their slack customer service. Instead of the IG responder looking to fix the situation they pretty much said that I was petty for making the complain. Her/his response definitely reflected in the employees oh well attitudes. They deleted my comment on IG. So there's no telling how many other people share the same sentiments as me. I have been to Ghana 3 times so I know customer service isnt a strength suit for most places here but they are by far the worse. For the one who responded then blocked me... My complain wasnt about me paying an uber 40cedis to come to a place that I called that morning being told of having an item just to get there and be shoveled off with a NO. Have some accountability for your employees. Thanks!

They go above and beyond to make sure your shopping experience is as seamless as possible. They have a wide range of products readily available and are very knowledgeable if you need any recommendations for products. Will always patronize them!
