    Products no longer last. Bought a Transcend hard disk but didn't last more than a year. They were unwilling to fulfil warrantee too for something with 3 years warranty. I contacted Transcend and the hard disk was still under warranty but Franko refused to honour its part of the warranty package. Bought an OTG SanDisk pendrive, also didn't last more than 3 months. Bought a memory card. That also lasted less 2 weeks. I had a lot of awful experiences with items purchased from Frank Trading. I guess that's the trade off between price and quality.
