    Spent about 30minutes for SIM card replacement. Waiting time can be improved and their partial automated system in attending to customers is very good. There is also a high speed internet cafe. There are also just enough seats for clients. Staff are also very polite and professional.

    Customer experience is fair. Internet cafe is okay. Ethernet is relatively fast. WiFi is not as good though.
