Firstly,
I’m

star
review
and
not
giving
the
extra
start
because
of
the
awkwardness
or
hiccup
created
by
the
front
desk
before
checking
out
the
hotel,
except
that
I
had
a
great
experience.

got
the
suit
room,
it’s
big,
tidy,
clean
and
looks
great
for
the
price.

this
is
where
I
was
bit
disappointed
with
their
service.
To
elaborate
more,
they
have
snacks
in
the
room
called
mbar
and
during
my
visit
they
didn’t
put
any
snacks
in
the
room
but
they
have
asked
me
to
pay
for
all
their
mbar
standard
snacks.
I
paid
for
suit
which
is
12k
and
I
don’t
mind
paying
500rs
for
snacks
but
if
I
don’t
use
I
don’t
pay
it,
as
simple
as
that.
It
took
forever
for
the
front
office
receptionist
to
understand
that
I
didn’t
use
it
and
they
didn’t
put
any
snacks
in
the
room.
I
was
disgusted
by
this
-
He
made
the
maid
boy
to
check
the
trash
for
snack
wrappers
as
he
didn’t
trust
me
and
it
all
happened
in-front
of
the
customer.
This
is
really
annoying
thing
I
had
to
go
through
at
5:30
am.
For
management
-
Please
make
sure
you
have
placed
your
snacks
in
the
room
before
customer
checks
in.
Don’t
repeat
mistake
what
I
went
through.
If
this
repeats
again
you
will
loose
customers.
