Good staff, great food. From its breads to its cakes. From its pizzas to its curries. Full of flavour and comfort. Breastfeeding friendly place. Very rarely does a woman feel at easy while feeding her baby in public and enjoying her meal at the same time :-)

One of the biggest wedding hotel in Jaipur. This hotel is good for your big fat luxury weddings. One bug banquet and lawn. Also have pool side with beautiful theme based villas. Also the building rooms are very beautiful spacious and full of amenities. The food taste and quality is good. Located on main jaipur delhi highway makes approach very convenient.

On ground staff is great. But nothing is good apart from that. I would recommend not staying and especially not using it for hosting your events

I don't have words to describe this place. It was an amazing experience right from checkin to checkout had a great experience. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. I did earlier checkin and they welcomed with a smile and also upgraded my room with no cost. Food was amazing. Have a Great swimming pool. I recommend this hotel / resort for one of the best experience you can have in Jaipur. For me this was a 7 star experience.

The hotel is clean, comfortable and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Washrooms are spacious and clean. Amenities provided are good. Room service is prompt. In room dining is available and food is decent. Breakfast menu is vast but the food could have been a bit better. Service at the restaurant could also be a bit better. The central courtyard is well maintained and gives good vibes to the place.

Not happy. Paid 20k for 2 rooms for 1 night. Well made, no doubt. But here’s what’s spoiling our experience: - Intercoms are not working. Called their guy. He fixed it, still not working. - The washroom doors give a long creaking sound. - We paid extra for the buffet. Confirmed when we checked in about it. Only to realise the buffet was cancelled because of ‘less guests’ and we were handed a tiny menu to choose from. - To make things worse. They’ve got some corporate event going on in the banquet which has the same entry as the hotel main entrance. 100s of men flocking around in the reception. Making my family uncomfortable. Specially women. Do events, sure. But keep them separate from the hotel guests. Spoils the experience. - Asked the reception where the buffet would be at. He called and confirmed the restaurant name. And then, the restaurant staff surprises us with a no buffet day and tiny menu to choose from. - They’ve got this cocktail party now. Hoping the music doesn’t affect our sleep. We’re paying 10k per day per room for this place. Definitely not worth the money. Just having a well made property isn’t worth it. Highly disappointed. Addition: Informed the duty manager. No action was taken. We were told ‘what’s happened has happened’ will share feedback. With a forceful smile. Definitely not worth it.

A 5-star hotel that is a blend between heritage and modernity. I got a wonderful reception at the hotel with traditional dance and music. The check in was really fast and the rooms are clean. The entire staff was very helpful and happy to assist. Breakfast in the Angithi restaurant good, a blend of North Indian, South Indian and Continental. The pool has a good ambience and there are a few villas beyond the pool. Overall experience in the hotel was great.

We did a conference work in indana palace so far the experience is bad where the staff is also behaving badly and if you order a tea in your room you have to come down first and pay for the tea then the tea Will come to your room. And the small front office staff of the hotel was also talking rudely. Even the leader of the conference who were staying in one of their villas, when they asked for food in their room, they were told that first you pay, then the food will come. And when we all were checking out in the evening and wanted to make payment, at that time when we told to call some senior, we want to share our complaint with him, no one came to meet us there one of their manager named Sukanta Sahoo When he came to meet us, we told him that we faced so many problems and no one helped us, so he himself said from his own mouth that our hotel is already bad, you pay us, we are bad and go on And our clients were from Multilevel Marketing Company, whom the hotel staff was looking at with hatred and behaving badly, even our hotel banquet had equipments worth about 60 lakh rupees,

It is a nice place for your vacation in Jaipur. Good hotel in the price range of 5k. It has good rooms and it has Villas as well. Taste of food is above average. It has good amount of open space. They have 10 villas only and their villas are at quite place. It is near to Amber Fort so if you place to visit Amber Fort, it will be a good option to stay.

Recently I have visited this palace The food was exceptional and had amazing flavors! The service was top-notch and our server was very attentive.The ambiance was perfect for a romantic dinner, with dim lighting and elegant decor. I will highly recommend this palace.

The service, location, ambience and property are so so worth it . The food could be better but all in all it is a property worth every penny. The staff is very polite and helpful. Loved the stay.

We visited this place during G20 weekend. We reached early at the property around 11:30 but the check in time was 2. We requested the manager to arrange the room as the hotel was empty and there was no one else waiting for the rooms or looking to checkout. They asked to wait. We kept on waiting for the rooms until all the rooms were occupied by other people. Although we were on the higher category of the room still we were given the rooms which was not with a view. Highly disappointed. Won't recommend this to anyone. Manager here is a scumbag. How can people coming late be given preference for the rooms as compared to the one waiting. Even asked multiple times. Later on I had to shout on him to get the room. Worst experience of my life. Even the swimming pool is filled with insects. The same day I went to see the doctor because of insects bite. Book on your risk.

It's an amazing place with amazing view and location. My room was mountain and main highway facing so thoroughly enjoyed. The rooms are very spacious and breakfast was good too. Staff is very very courteous and supporting. It gives you a feeling of staying in a palace.

Hotel was well maintained and the staff were also well trained. Rooms were neat and clean. Ideal stay if you have your own vehicle or cab. Breakfast has a good variety.

Indana palace is a lovely hotel with a combination of heritage and luxury. It is a beautiful property and spacious rooms. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I visited with my family and my daughter enjoyed the place a lot. Food is good as well. Special thanks to Mr.Arunakar and Chef Mr.Negi for the wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a good yet affordable property near Jaipur.

Stayed with family. Very nice room,service and experience. At out skirt of Jaipur, good restaurants are far away.There own restaurant can be used for dinner. Service is good but food was not great.

Not worth a single penny. We had booked executive room with king bed, bath tub, early/express checkin. None of the amenities were there. 2 single bed was there, no bath tub. And they made us wait for 1hr for check in while they busy serving other couple who arrived later. Front desk is so pathetic. Worst hospitality have ever seen. Not at all a 5 star standard hotel.

Recently i have been there with my family. The place is awestruck. Staff is extremely great nice good . I wish i could i have bigger words to describe them they are that much good . They serve you with great smile . I was with my 1 yr old and they all co-operated with us so well ❤️❤️❤️. Do try there mix sauce pasta 😋😋😋😋the food is delicious . Hardworking staff and amazing hospitality. But love go go back .

Wow architecture and impressive design. Rooms spacious and royal in feel. Great food and variety with a cozy bar. Nice conference and meeting halls. Large central courtyard which doubled as a dining and entertainment area. Loved the place

Amazing hotel, beautiful rooms, good staff ....went there on one of our friend's wedding and I must say they have such pretty rooms along with a huge balcony.... They have this beautiful banquet and also great pool area and the garden where we enjoyed the ceremonies of the wedding

I attended a wedding on 13-14 december staff behaviour is extremely bad, for room service the staff asks for money to change the linen the , they are highly unprofessional. They do not provide more than one key for a room they ask for 1000 rupees for that , which is so ungrateful for a customer. Food is stale they never change oil it can literally make a person sick and throat had a severe pain as well after eating. Its a total waste to book this hotel for a wedding or may be any corporate affair . The total staff of the hotel is only 30 people , there is no valet services along with no parking safety clearly mentioned parking at own risk.

The property is spacious. Rooms are very comfortable. No claustrophobic feeling. No stink in rooms. GM is extremely friendly. Chef Negi is extremely hospitable. Staff is extremely courteous. Well behaved. Food is mix blend of all diverse, sumptuous,delicatable. Highly recommended.

Majestic property! You get an extra special feeling here. Staffs can support you well in some special food needs when you are traveling with a toddler. Location may look far from the city, but all forts are near by.

It was a great time staying there. Hotel has good amount of room inventory to handle big fat weddings. Hotel staff is really professional, Lobby area is spacious, Restaurant is beautiful designed. Worth staying
