    Four celled megalithic burial cave carved out of laterite. Rectangular pit scooped out of the rock with steps leading inside. Located at Kattakambal also known as Chirakkal caves.

    Ancient cave situated near Kunnamkulam , Government has recently taken good care of it and maintained Every time going ahead of it when I traveling to Chirakkal but I have had no luck to visit this cave yet.....Sad I really missing always..... :-( and exited.....

    It's an old cave which consist of 3 chambers.it is very well protected and the locals clean the area every day

    It is a must see destination in Thrissur District. Considered a mark of stone age. Protected by archeological department of India

    There are 4 Chambers just with a space for two people. It's quite interesting to see how people used it.
