Aruna doctor and her admin department are worst and very rude. There is no care about the patients and no co-ordination with the staff and duty doctors. I don't know how she got famous for pregnancy women. Parking is big problem there is no parking space. I ever seen this type of doctors she doesn't have patience and rude with the patients she doesn't care about the the patient situation she doesn't touch and gives the treatment. Dr Aruna has got good marketing skills to increase her business to earn money. Consultancy fees 500 rupees per visit and admission deposit of 5000 rupees for covid-19 maintenance which is not refundable. My daughter has very bad experience with the doctor and staff treating and shouting at 8 months pregnant. Finally we have changed doctor and Hospital in the 8month.

As much as I like Doctors and their work, I hate to write this review. Very Rude STAFF, NO PROPER COMMUNICATION for any appointments (last appointment they told Doctor would not see patients Dec 16-Dec 23 2020, and asked my wife to visit on Dec 15, later they changed that dates and least bothered to inform when called for appointment on Dec 15 (today)) . The person/male who gives out appointment is least bothered to give any information. Even Chief doctor herself shouts on every one - they don't remember what they told in previous consultation. Other doctors also behave like they do a free service / work in government hospital. Gone are the days, where she was patient enough, senior, experienced - prefers a normal delivery over C-sec and popularity spread through word of mouth in and around LB Nagar. You can be strict (very much appreciated) , BUT NOT impatient towards patients (at least say - fellow humans). My wife has very bad experience with the staff treating or talking and shouting to 7 months pregnant . Doctors / Nursing staff should be patient enough to answer for consultation. Staff cannot comment on what attire a person wear for an appointment - especially the ones in professional field. They are least bothered to CARE these days, were fine when my sister visited earlier (in 2019) for her appointments, hence we wanted to continue seeing this doctor for my wife's appointment. When you confront them, answer is - you can go visit any other doctor, we didn't ask to come here, we work our way. I wonder workplace ethics and morale do not apply for this field in INDIA?? Contrast to that, NHS UK did everything very calm and answered any queries, assured safety and protection of baby and mother during initial appointments in UK. I really think, there is a lot that our Medical staff should learn to behave with patients or their relatives. NHS is a government medical service, which is almost free for everyone eligible. I wonder if they go through the recent reviews on Google, no wonder people are writing about their behaviour. CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE, BEHAVIOUR and RESPECT towards fellow patients. Edit: Few comments /review says that doctor is very strict. My view is yelling, shouting, and talking on high pitch is not strict.

We are grateful to have Dr Aruna as our gynacologist. We have visited many famous hospitals in the locality during initial 5 months, and our experience was pathetic and traumatic at times due to repeated tests and opinions. We have visited Dr Aruna in 9th month of the pregnancy, and from then onwards we felt confident through consultation and guidance. She was harsh in explaining us the right thing to do when we are in dilemma at the time of labor pains, and we humbly respect her concerns which benefitted my wife and our baby health in many ways. We strongly recommend Dr Aruna from the experiences we had, and we will always be thankful for everything that happened in her guidance. Dr Aruna Madam is a great blessing to our society in the present time.

Unnecessarily they were prescribing tests, if you get tested within hospital they do not provision to share soft copy instead only hard copies, not even 1% discount in hospital pharmacy, rude staff. Initially when we visited hospital in 2017 it was good but in 2022 when we revisited they have become so commercial. If you go for consultation doctor meets once hardly 5 minutes, then when we had some queries for a critical issue, where doctor didn't meet and staff were asking on queries and took consultation paper inside on which doctor have prescribed medicines. It was ridiculous behavior by them, where we had no trust if issue was properly communicated to doctor by staff. Few issues need physical check-ups and gives confidence to patient but was not followed there. Quality of service and reliability doesn't exist there anymore.

Worst doctor Aruna, please don't choose this hospital. Doctor behavior is like warden and staff behavior like mafia. No one will give respect to visitors. They not even provide drinking water also, no sitting lounge is available, no parking, no scanning available in hospital. Fees are so high. For every OP its Rs:500. When patient goes inside her family members or who came with her, they have to stand in front of hospital road in hot. There is no shelter available. Staff gives an appointment after calling 100 times in the morning @ 7am. If we are late to reach hospital for halfanhour, doctor Aruna was scolded and she didn't did checkup on that day and demanded to come on next visit. Please don't choose this hospital. We felt pain in 8th month of my wife pregnancy. We had choosen other hospital because of doctor Aruna's attitude.

Giving birth to a child is a greatest thing and every women seeks a great care during pregnancy. Aruna madam we all visit you for a great experience but we really had bad experience. I don't think the hospital has well trained staff they are least bothered about the patients, neither Doctor knows the manners nor the staff. They are very rude almost they treat you like a beggar on street. Madam please handle the patients in a proper way it's need of hour. Please learn it first as you haven't learnt during your MBBS and also teach to your staff. People please avoid this hospital or else you will have the nightmares

Staff attitude and behaviour is worst ever seen... Especially the medical shop guy is worst person.. Go to SRI SAI BALAJI HOSPITAL, Alkapuri they always prefer NORMAL DELIVERY and highly recommended than this hospital as the doctor and hospital staff are friendly

Very worst hospital My friend and her child were died yesterday because of doctor's negligence and her treatment and she won't suggest correct things in correct time and always she is rude when visited for check up also. Please try to avoid this hospital incase any pregancy related issues and if anyone suggested also, please don't go to this hospital

Treatment and staff is very good, saw many negative reviews but I didn't face any issues while undergoing treatment. No unnecessary medication, minimal cost and Doctor was so nice and very experienced.

Initially they treat as if they are the best and at the last moment they just give a very vague advice that it's upto patient and their attendants decision. The staff including the lab attendant, pharmacist are very arrogant, they don't even speak politely. I don't know will ever a patient will again visit the hospital. And for every case, they charge 5k for which their is no receipt and the house keeping staff charge approx 3 k for each case.

Aruna Dr is good & well experienced, even nurses are good. Best for normal delivery. Recently my sister got delivered here.

I am giving honest review, my first child born in 2017 as a normal delivery in this Aruna hospital, for second child during current pandemic we preferred to go Fernandez. Initially they said my wife is alright will go for normal delivery, at the end converted to C-section. That was our blunder mistake not to go for Aruna hospital for my second child. Aruna madam is well experienced and guide you right way for normal delivery. Don’t trust negative reviews if you have patience for one day go for Aruna hospital. Cons: Administration is not up to the mark

Please don't choose this hospital for Admission. Hospital admin department are worst and No co-ordination with the staff. Cleaning staff collected amount(Rs1000) from patient more than doctor visit fee. There is no care about the patients. I don't know how hospital famous for gynecologist. For a private hospital minimum courtesy and respectable approach is expected. This is lacking here.

Please don't go by the fake reviews. Dr. Aruna garu is one of the best gynic doctors in Hyderabad and she is very service oriented rather than business oriented.

If you looking for normal delivery and not the ambience and Pleasing staff this Hospital is for you. Dr. Aruna is a efficient and experienced doctor. She may sound harsh sometimes but does only what is good for you and your baby.

Best gync in the city, if u r looking for nrml delivery and good treatment instead of pleasing dctr, Aruna Hospital is the best place to get the treatment done. During my delivery time, the baby had three loops of umbical cord around the neck still doctor did normal delivery, if it would be another hospital, no one would have done the same treatment the way Dr. Aruna had done.

Dr.Aruna is a great gynic with lots of experience in making normal deliveries. I have given birth to my two kids.

Worst behaviour by management. Doctor and staff are so arrogant. They don't even listen to patients. Don't visit this hospital. They don't give you any appointment.

Doctor might be famous Gynecologist but she lacks the patience while treating patients.

The two stars I have given are only for the Doctor's experience in the field and treatment. I had my first delivery here in Aruna hospital in 2021. It's normal delivery after 16 hours of pains. So, speaking from my experience: Pros: 1. Experienced Doctor. Treatment is good. 2. She doesn't prescribe medicine/tests unless needed. 3. Prefers and does normal delivery only. They do C-section only if the patient condition does not support normal delivery. (But keep in mind, if you have the chance of normal delivery, they don't do C-section even if the patient and her family wants it). 4. Fee/charges are minimal compared to other hospitals. Cons: 1. Aruna Doctor speaks rashly almost all the times. I don't even remember a single time where she spoke to me in a mild manner. Not everyone can bear the pains in same way, and as an experienced doctor, she should not expect it also. But she does not care about your pain. She only shouts at you for not behaving as she says. Her behavior towards the patients and their attendees is not at all agreeable. 2. Getting appointment over the phone at 7 AM is a nightmare. Call doesn't get connected most of the times. 3. All of the hospital staff (apart from one or two people) are very very rude. Doesn't really know how to talk to patients and accompanying persons. Doctor also knows that, but she doesn't care. 4. Staff/nurses demands money to give us the baby after the delivery. They won't handover the baby unless you pay them. Really pathetic. They should accept whatever the attendees can give. But their demand is min 2000 for a boy and 1500 for a girl. 5. No waiting facility for the other person who comes with patient. They have to wait outside the hospital. 6. Parking can accommodate only 10 bikes at most. I recommended the doctor to my friend (as she wanted to go for normal delivery) this year, thinking the doctor might have changed, but later got to know that it is not the case. Doctor haven't changed a bit. My friend was almost in tears after her visits. And they did C-section without waiting for normal delivery. Not recommending to anyone again.

Worst Hospital they even didn't take emergency cases of pregnant ladies. Non responsible Hospital. I would suggest prefer to go other Hospitals.

Irresponsible and irritating staff....I don't know why doctor encouraging such kind of process for appointments...

Don't consult the eye Doctor Sudhakar, he doesn't know how to treat patients.
