There's hardly anything to review. The hotel, the staff, the facilities everything is awesome about this place. The food is one of the best I've had. Their restaurant is very well maintained and the staff are very well trained. The class is visible in every area of the hotel. Highly recommended

We had a nice and wonderful stay at Taj Tirupati. As always the hospitality is high quality. The breakfast lunch and dinner was amazing. Spaghetti in cream sauce was my favorite. Staff is so polite and helpful. They have 2 different restaurant you can choose from. They have buffet option too. We had a good time in bar chatting with the bartender. We explored the ground floor all evening in cool breeze. It's beautifully maintained. They have large hall for functions too. Spa experience was amazing, all my tiredness vanished after the massage. The only thing irritating was the familiar smell or aroma in all Taj hotels. I kind of hate that smell. It's nauseous to me. Hope they could change their signature aroma to more fruity or flora.

Though I've given a 5 star rating, I cannot say I've been satisfied to that extent. The 5 stars are for cleanliness and front office staff only. Room service was pathetic. A single coffee took 45 minutes and more sometimes. Taste of food was good though, coffee and tea were horrible. It would be good for housekeeping to know exactly how many persons are in each room. You can't expect 3 adults to adjust with 2 bath towels and one small bottle of shampoo! Felt awkward asking for towels and toiletries every single day. I would have carried my own if I wasn't staying at a 5* hotel. One day we return to the room and there were 5 guys sitting on our beds and luggage chatting happily. This was on 6th April, Room 306, check your cameras. The guy at the reception (forgot his name) was very helpful and polite and helped with all issues. Will definitely stay there again, but hope it will be more comfortable then 😊

I'm being a bit generous in rating it a 4 actually. Didn't get the feeling of being at a 5 star hotel. Pool was closed, and only one restaurant was functional. We actually had all 3 meals at the hotel, but food taste wasn't that great. Very average actually. Not worth spending that much for sure. Rooms were fine. A bit suprising they didn't have hard pillow options. Even more surprising there was no valet facility either. So while the hardware is there, software is lacking and it needs to scale up to service customers better.

Not recommended : the staff doesn't bothers to respond. The food was delayed for 40mins and was delivered almost when we had asked to cancel the order. The food is okay, nothing out of the box.

This was highly unhygienic and unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. The service was slow and lacked attentiveness, and the staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive to our requests. The amenities in the room were basic, and the overall ambiance was underwhelming. Additionally, the hotel seemed understaffed, and it took a long time to get any service, whether it was for room service or front desk assistance. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Taj Tirupati Hotel. The presence of insects in the dining area was unacceptable, and the service and amenities did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this hotel for those looking for a luxury experience.

One of the best hotel in Tirupati I stayed there to visit Tirumala so we always eat vegetarian food only to there. But it’s perfect taste for always. Rooms are very well.

Had a very disappointing experience at checkout today. Would never have expected this at Taj Hotels. My booking was for 2 nights, but at check-in, I informed the front office staff and manager that, due to a change in my travel plan, I would instead stay 1 night but would need the room till 8pm on date of checkout. I was told that 50% of the rate would be charged, and I agreed to that. When I checked out the following day, the front office staff was unaware of this revised arrangement and insisted on charging me for 2 nights. When I protested, she tried to contact the manager, but he wasn't on duty and didn't answer his phone. The duty manager was present and he too insisted that I pay for 2 nights, In the meantime the manager who spoke to proposed the 50% charge when I checked in called back and he initially pretended as though he had no knowledge about the revised arrangement. Later, he recalled but said he was under the impression that my booking was for 1 night and not 2 nights. He too, therefore, insisted that I pay for 2 nights. After a persistent push back from me, he finally relented. To make matters worse, the front office staff failed to calculate 50% of my rate accurately. March 25, 2023 update: Subsequent to the above incident the GM of the hotel reached out to me and the 50% charge was refunded to me. Appreciate the gesture from the hotel to compensate me for the inconvenience caused. Therefore, upgrading my rating to 3 stars from 1.

While the quality of the food was good, the variety and choice were lacking. Having more diverse and extensive food options would greatly enhance the dining experience for guests. On a positive note, the service at the Taj Tirupathi was exceptional. The staff was courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. Their excellent service truly made my stay enjoyable. The food was not as great as expected. I've been to the Taj hotel in Bangalore and it had much better food. The rooms were average, you could expect similar quality rooms with quarter the price. They had too many security systems built in the hotel, granted it is necessary since many VIPs prefer this hotel chain. But for the average upper middle class family this hotel is definitely overrated.

We had our dinner at Taj Tirupati and as always Taj did not disappoint us. We ordered Ala Carte North Indian food, although it took 30 minutes, the food was fresh and tasty. As compared to Taj restaurants in bigger cities, the food was reasonably priced. The ambience was great.

The hotel is new and is undoubtedly the best in all aspects. The dinner buffet was also perfect. Especially in a buffet generally there are very less options for Vegetarians but the Taj never fails to impress. There was a wide variety of options for Vegetarians available in the buffet, right from the starters to the multiple main course options and delicious desserts. The breakfast buffet was also perfect the staff is always there to help and attend you. Always taking the feedback especially Hemant helped a lot with food suggestions and the service was also great. Overall it's definitely the place to experience.
