The worst Coles I've ever been in Completely trashed, empty cartons on all grocery shelves. Very poor service through checkout, long long queues. I couldn't understand why so many customers were lined up half way through the store to use self serve until I realised it would have been so much quicker to serve myself (but why should I, I'm not on their pay roll.) Luckily I didn't have any frozen goods because they would have thawed out by the time I got served. Staff were not friendly, no greeting, no smile, no manners.

Lots of activity at the only mainstream supermarket in town. Some things super expensive but others surprisingly reasonable. Pretty much everything in a Coles is available. Lots of staff filling the shelves. Toilets only available when the rest of the mall is open. Car park busy.

Click and collect missed out on 70+ dollars of our order. Had a work mate pick it up because my partner and I work 7 days and live an hour and a half away. How do you miss 70 dollars worth of groceries? Deplorable and we will struggle for the next two weeks without essentials. Thanks guys.

Busy place. WA Covid-19 border closure put a wave of customers through when the restrictions were lifted. Staff did well. (Seemed a little under staffed and slow, but then they have been under the pump for some weeks).

Poorly stocked, so many items with no price and a lot of meats use by tomorrow date🙄 not what id expect from Coles. Passing thru so used it to stock up , wouldn't like it to be my main supermarket if I lived there🤔

All good apart that they get low on Baramundy while waiting for the next shipment from Darwin,in the meantime you have to go and catch one yourself 🤔

The store was stocked up with most products. It was not crowded and pleasant to shop. Parking was right out in front and the checkouts were quick.

Kununurra Coles, as the first supermarket off the Gibb, offers a positive convenience in an area where availability matters. However, the store fell short in terms of stock, leaving some essentials unavailable. Moreover, the overall sense of safety in the town was lacking, which impacted the overall shopping experience. While appreciating the availability, improvements in stock and a focus on enhancing the town's safety could elevate the shopping experience for visitors.

Management need to find a better solution for their plastic division screens they are quite dangerous. Its very cramped & difficult to pack your groceries without hitting your head. I hit my head .Staff were totaly unsympathetic, rude and unhelpfull.. when I asked 3 times to speak to a manager she totally refused.

Lots of empty shelves & surprisingly staff are openly blaming tourists for clearing out the shelves to the disadvantage of locals. I find this amazing as Coles would with all its technology know the trends of its stores on any given day of the year compared to how it went the prior year or the year before. There is obviously a management or logistics issue for a store to be allowed to run so low on stock, not a customer issue as staff are suggesting. We were also unable to get a hot chicken as they were an hour away from being fully cooked. It is a busy store, but that would be good for Coles, they just need to lift their game and stop blaming the customer.

It gets the job done and has the stuff you need. The young lady who minds the self checkout is a breath of fresh air. The car park is hectic .

Giving 5 stars because I don't want Coles to leave town. DONT LEAVE PLEASE. Prices for staple food similar to metro prices. Comfortingly familiar.
