The place is situated on the beach with a great view. The rooms were small and clean but not bad for a one night stay especially because it's located close to the airport. The staff was very polite and remained awake late night as I landed late.

Nice beach view place ..

Small and cozy rooms. Cold drinks in a fridge in the hall just outside the room. Right on the beach. Perfect spot to stay the first night after the airport. Friendly and welcoming owner and a nice breakfast with fresh fruit, toast and juice. Hot water shower. And the sound of the ocean gently lulling you to sleep.

Very nice and kind family. The Anicia Beach House is situated on the beach. Very nice view from the window. They served us delocjojs breakfast. It is nice to eat breakfast hearing the oceans waves. For sure I'll back when visiting Negombo next time. Transport for the airport takes only abou 20 minutes by TukTuk ride.

Low budget accommodation close to the Colombo airport. Clean, quiet and at the beach. It is located in a area where locals live. Friendly staff, best to reach via phone. Don't expect too much convenience for the price, though.

It's good right on the beach. Little far from main road though. And food options are limited. You can ask the staff to get you beer and other stuff. Rooms are neat and toilets are clean.

It is one of the worse experience. The staff boys behaved rude and they did not take the cancellation. I had to pay for 2 nights even if I didn't stay. The views and the beach is horrible. Felt unsafe
