Hospitable service. Pleasant and spacious spa area. Sufficient choice of breakfast buffet. Nice view of the sea. Quiet neighbors.

This was such a great stay. Incredible value for money. Great view from our room. Very comfy bed. Amazing breakfast. Great parking. Very good location, very close to the center. Pool and sauna open from 9am. Very soft bathrobes. The bathroom was a bit run down. No fridge and no table in the room, just one chair. No sheets in sauna and very small towels (good maybe for hair wrapping, not for sauna). Our room was above the smoking corner so we had to close the window sometimes. We were a bit annoyed by these things but would still stay here again.

Room was spacious but untidy, better cleaning would be appreciated. The refurbished sauna area was only open a couple of hours in the evening, which caused a huge rush in the rather small facilities. Both steam room and juniper sauna were malfunctioning, so the experience was not as expected. Food was good and staff friendly, great location.

Very good service, the breakfast is exceptional. View is perfect (for superior rooms), very good location. The only weird thing is that spa center is open till 9 pm, but the hotel restaraunt closes at 9.30. Restaurants and cafes nearby also close at 9.30-10 pm, so it is challenging task to find smth for dinner.

Nice and clean big hotel. The room is more suited for business than vacation, though through the window the corner part of the bay water was seen. No balcony. Breakfast is quite ok, coffee average. The omelet and stirred vegetables were very good, small pancakes not so good. The spa area is nice and massages ok.

I recently visited the Spa Hotel Meri and was truly impressed by the experience. The serene atmosphere and attentive staff created a relaxing environment, while the rejuvenating spa services catered to my every need. The standout feature was the exceptional food, crafted by passionate chefs using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Each meal was a delightful journey through a myriad of flavors and textures, making the dining experience unforgettable. I highly recommend Spa Hotel Meri for anyone seeking a luxurious retreat with outstanding culinary offerings.

The rooms in this hotel are filthy beyond believe!! When we entered the room there was a musty smell. There were cobwebs full of mosquitos behind the curtains. There was dust on the furniture. The bathroom… was disgusting (look at the photos!!). It had a plastic dirty shower cabin (the cheap ones you find in a do it yourself store) and all the plastic was moldy. The shower curtain was so filthy I couldn’t believe what I saw. I went to the reception desk to complain. She gave me another room which was equally filthy. There were grease stains all over the windows and there even was long hair on the pillow. What?!? I am not difficult but for €250 I demand a clean room. This is supposed to be a SPA hotel!! At this point I had enough and I demanded a full refund. The reception employee Monika was first very hesitant and defensive, but in the end she gave in and called the manager to ask permission to give us the refund. We found a much better, clean and cosy spa hotel in Kuressaare for basically the same price. Avoid this hotel.

Spa Hotel Meri offers a delightful and tranquil experience. The hotel is pleasantly quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere for guests. The rooms are not only clean but also comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay. The highlight is undoubtedly the pool and spa area, where the pool stands out for its warm water and overall quality. The breakfast served is good, adding to the positive experience. With nothing to complain about, Spa Hotel Meri is an excellent choice for those seeking a relaxing and enjoyable stay in a quiet setting.

Of all the spa hotels I've been to, this is the worst, the staff doesn't know anything. We ordered food at a restaurant which was delivered at completely different prices, it turns out that the prices were changed at their cash register. When checking out, I had to wait 20 minutes so that they could resolve the issue with incorrect prices, disgusting attitude towards customers. The rooms are old and not the cleanest, the spa area is renovated but small, if you like rituals, then unfortunately there are none here. The bar in the spa is only open in the evening, there is not even drinking water in the spa itself. On the plus side - the breakfast is good

We had a quite a pleasant stay here. Bathrobes are included but you have to bring your own slippers. Also it might get quite crowded in SPA when there happens to be lot of people staying in the hotel.
