A
hot
spring
attached
to
the
Route
Inn
in
front
of
Hanyu
Station.
Day
trip
bathing
is
also
possible,
and
I
used
it
in
April
2013.
The
washing
area
has
a
slightly
unusual
structure,
and
is
located
on
the
right
side
of
the
bathroom,
separated
by
a
door.
There
is
plenty
of
room
for
over
20
people.
The
hot
springs
are
used
in
the
indoor
cold
bath,
the
open-air
bath,
and
the
rock
bath
in
the
middle.
There
are
8
types
of
indoor
baths,
including
jet
baths
and
cypress
baths
with
natural
hot
spring
water,
and
8
types
of
relatively
small
outdoor
baths.
The
atmosphere
is
similar
to
Saya
no
Yudokoro
in
Itabashi,
which
is
a
little
brighter
and
calming.
The
spring
quality
is
chloride
spring
and
the
color
is
slightly
brown.
It
seemed
like
they
were
disinfecting
the
room,
but
the
smell
wasn't
too
bad.
There
are
3
types
of
saunas.
Both
high-temperature
saunas
and
medium-temperature
saunas
use
far
infrared
rays,
and
have
different
temperatures
and
humidity.
If
you
want
to
sweat
profusely,
a
parched
high
temperature
is
better,
but
if
you
want
to
stay
in
it
for
a
long
time,
a
medium
temperature
of
around
80
degrees
Celsius
is
better.
There
is
also
a
salt
sauna,
but
I
didn't
go
in
this
time
due
to
time
constraints.
The
water
bath
is
about
15
degrees
Celsius,
which
is
reasonable.
There
are
two
types
of
restaurants:
Japanese
izakayas
and
light
restaurants.
The
name
of
the
izakaya
is
``Hana
no
Yume,''
which
sounds
like
something
you've
heard
somewhere
before,
but
don't
worry,
it's
run
by
the
same
Chimney
that
runs
``Hana
no
Mai.''
The
menu
is
mainly
fish-based,
and
the
drinks
include
a
wide
variety
of
sake
and
shochu.
Please
note
that
there
are
not
many
other
restaurants
around
the
station,
so
it
is
better
to
eat
inside
the
building.
Unfortunately,
the
mats
in
the
saunas
were
changed
at
the
same
time
in
both
dry
saunas,
and
there
was
a
10-minute
period
where
I
couldn't
use
them.
Since
there
are
multiple
locations,
I
would
like
them
to
be
staggered
every
hour.
Although
it
is
attached
to
a
hotel,
the
types
of
bathtubs
and
in-house
facilities
are
comparable
to
other
super
public
baths.
There
aren't
that
many
customers
even
on
Saturdays,
so
it's
recommended
if
you
want
a
quiet
place.
