I
highly
recommend
this
place!
We
made
a
reservation
on
Monday
for
dinner
on
Friday,
after
seeing
its
name
on
Michelin
Guide
Bib
Gourmand.
This
is
the
first
Tonkatsu
I
had
from
the
guide,
so
I
did
not
know
what
to
expect.
Tonkatsu
and
a
big
beer
costed
around
2500
yen
per
person.
I
have
read
the
other
reviews,
and
as
they
already
state
more
fat
means
higher
price,
so
prices
are
based
on
the
cut
and
the
amount
of
the
fat.
If
something
is
“premium”
etc
then
it
is
more
fatty.
More
fatty
means
more
juicy.
Some
revivers
found
the
amount
of
fat
too
much,
so
we
ordered
two
levels
to
be
safe,
but
ended
up
liking
fatty
one
better,
because
it
was
simply
more
juicy.
I
did
not
know
Tonkatsu
can
be
this
crunchy
outside
and
juicy
inside.
It
also
did
not
feel
like
it
soaked
much
oil.
I
do
not
know
how
they
made
it,
but
I
loved
it.
We
were
at
tables
behind
the
kitchen,
so
I
did
not
see
customer
profile.
Ones
I
saw
was
a
couple
around
their
40s.
Ryogoku
generally
has
old
people,
so
I
assume
mostly
old
Japanese
people.
Our
table
setting
was
nice.
I
am
sure
you
can
safely
bring
a
date
here,
but
we
all
smelled
oil
after
our
visit.
That
was
the
only
downside.
I
will
visit
here
again!
