The best place to spend an hour or two daily, healthily. Good environment, good trainers, well-equipped gym and all with obvious result!!

Core Energy has been awesome to me .. Their trainers are exceptional , the overall vibe is great .. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout ..
