The gym has many equipments and weights. Staff members are really friendly and helpful. They even help you with the workout schedule and diets. Noticed a decent crowd at the gym (both male n female). There are separate changing rooms and washrooms available as well as parking space for customers. They charge 4000lkr monthly per person and 7000lkr monthly per couple. It’s open till 9pm from Monday to Saturday. They close at 12pm on Sundays tho. It’s located near Katugasthota Pizza Hut and can reach by bus easily. Overall a good gym to workout all by yourself or with your friends.
