One of the best places in Ella for a meal and a drink. The menu is really good with a wide variety of items including food and drinks and still with convenient prices. The service is also really good. At nights there is a small band playing on some days where you can enjoy your dinner with a small drink and live music. The vibe at the place is really amazing and very relaxing. I suggest, if you go to Ella, visit this place for sure. You won’t regret it. Highly recommended.

A great place to enjoy with the loved ones. Delicious food accompanied with acoustic singing by Ryan , a sip of cocktail of choice, makes the whole experience a memorable one. Overall a great pub experience with rich culture and food . This is the 4th time there. And will be back soon.

Nice restaurant with great ambiance in Ella. Food was so delicious. We have tried cheese kottu, mixed fried rice and oyster pork with steamed rice. Highly recommend all dishes. Live music singer was excellent and the evening events are cheerful. Exceptional service! Highly recommended if you're in Ella!

Really great place with fantastic Local and Intl food. Super friendly Service, great evening live music. Recommend the ‘Devilled chicken’ if you are into spicy food! And the kebab style dish with curry inside (esp for lunch). Also good real ground bean coffee!

Really good selection of food - both local and international dishes. As a vegetarian I could sense they had done their best to serve a vegetarian diet as well. I appreciate that. The atmosphere is a chilled and the staff is very nice and helpful. The food itself was good, not overly amazing but still good quality and tasty. They were a bit slow serving, even though the restaurant was not nearly filled - but that’s really a minor detail.

I can confidently say that it was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. Firstly, the service was atrocious. The staff seemed completely disinterested and unenthusiastic about their job. It took an eternity for someone to even acknowledge our presence, let alone take our order. Throughout the entire meal, they were nowhere to be found when we needed assistance, and it felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us. Next, let's talk about the food. The menu boasted of a variety of dishes, but the reality fell far short of our expectations. The "bites" we ordered were bland and tasteless. It was evident that the ingredients used were of low quality and lacked any freshness. The presentation was equally lackluster; the dishes looked like something thrown together hastily without any thought or care. As if that wasn't bad enough, the portion sizes were laughable. For the exorbitant prices they charged, you would expect a satisfying meal, but instead, we were left hungry and unsatisfied. It felt like they were trying to maximize profits by skimping on food and serving minuscule portions. To make matters worse, the ambiance was far from pleasant. The cafe was cramped, poorly lit, and had an overall dingy feel. It was definitely not the cozy and inviting atmosphere we had hoped for. Perhaps the only redeeming aspect was the location, as the cafe offers a nice view. However, this hardly compensates for the awful overall experience. In conclusion, I would strongly advise against wasting your time and money at Cafe 360 Ella. The lackluster food, terrible service, and disappointing ambiance make it a place to avoid at all costs. There are plenty of other wonderful dining options in Ella, and I regret not choosing one of those instead. Save yourself the disappointment and steer clear of this establishment

Tomyum soup: 9/10 Mutton Korma: 10/10 Mixed seafood & vegetables noodle: 9/10 Pizza: 5/10 Bryviani: 9/10 I came to a conclusion is they are really good with the Asian food 🫶 I am so happy with the food I would rate 5/5 star. But you actually have to wait for quite a long time after ordering. It's crowded, but cozy.

We ate here tonight with a big group of 14 people, we really enjoyed our food. Besides, the guy that was helping us was really sweet and even split the bills for us so that we could pay seperately which was not so fun for them ofcourse but they managed! So we are thankful for the great food and service! Nice place with live music :)

We ordered, chicken fried rice and chicken lasagna and a seafood rice with butter chicken. the taste of the food is GOOD. The thing is what they wrote in the menu, they wrote that fried rice comes with a salad. So we expected the salad, but we got two slices of cucumber and a slice of tomato. After two year we visited Sri Lanka for our Vacation.the experience 360 Ella made for us not excellent. 13/07/2023 I hope this review will help to improve future service.

A Big restaurant Center of the Ella town. Several kinds of foods available here. Liquor also. Foods are average tasty. Not yummy. I ordered a cheese kottu. It was a milk kottu. Very bad taste. Thanks 360°. All the night I was in the toilet . Due to very busy need to wait little bit for the foods. Service staff is friendly ..

The Samantha waiter recommended tea to me, and it turned out to be the best tea I have drunk on this island. Strawberry cheesecake is also great.

We are a party of 11. Came for dinner. Wonderful ambience. Anupa was our steward for the evening was most courteous and efficient with the myriad of food and drink ordered and individual bills requested. Food was very good. Freshly prepared and delivered without much delay. Don't forget to write the names of your travelling companions and take photos!

The food is really tasty, great presentation, portions are value for money AND served by smiling staff - well done, F&B team 😀 Great atmosphere too on a Saturday evening with live music by a 3 piece band and a singer who sang well! The food and atmosphere was great, with evening entertainment provided by a versatile one man show (Ryan). When it gets crowded, they could do with a few more hands as there could be service lapses. But then this is Ella and we come to relax so no serious complaints about a minor delay here and there :)

Went there on the 9th June. Have been there every time we went to Ella. Would recommend and go there again. The service is superb. There was live music. We had the lasagna, pasta, burger and a pizza. All were really tasty and reasonable prices.

Here I had the best Roti during my whole trip. It was freshly made and hot when the cheese melted inside. Amazing. The staff us very helpful and lovely. Thanks to the friendly young men who served us yesterday evening, when we were in a hurry (forgot the name, sorry).

Good. Taste Foods. The manager (I guess) is so friendly. Bad. but there is a flying insect on my fried rice so my appetite is lost. Please be more responsible

Cool place, good service, huge selection of western food, quality was good. Good music. Price value is okay.

Had breakfast at 360. This was not our first time. The service was good. We ordered a Sri Lankan style spicy cheese omelette with bacon to our surprise we didn’t get cheese or any bacon also Last time the omelet was bigger. When we complained he said nothing can be done. Don’t think we will go back there again.

Enjoyed having dinner here. There is a guitarist providing good ambient music. Good customer service. Waiter managed to get what we ordered and got our bill without any delay.
