I had an excellent experience at Sakuki Dental Hospital. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive from the moment I walked in. The dentist Dr. Samantha is highly knowledgeable, kind and did his best to fix all the dental issues I had. The facility was clean and modern with a pleasing background music, which put me at ease. I felt comfortable throughout my all the visits, and the results were fantastic. I highly recommend Sakuki Dental Hospital for all your dental needs and service is worth the charges.

I don't recommend this place to anyone. Simply put, this is a classic example of Quantity over Quality. Doctors are always in a rush and try to treat multiple patients at once. They don't explain what is going on with the patient's teeth. In my case, the doctor even forgot to smoothen the fillings and only did it after I asked about it at the billing counter. One of my friends had to go through a harrowing tooth extraction because the doctor had given the job to a trainee. The reason I gave 2 stars over 1 is because at least the staff was friendly. Conclusion: It is an Overpriced Low-quality service.

Sometimes only one doctor carries out all the functions & it causes big delays. Recover their high charges with people's hard earned money. I went for a nerve filling. At the beginning it was informed that it would cost Rs 10,000/=. Process was started & during the period, an additional polishing was done , another 3500/= charged. Finally they informed that it's better to fix a clip & it would cost Rs 16000/=. Till then they never let me know earlier such a cost.

I wanted to meet a dentist to check my teeth. So I also checked in the map where are the places and came here. Do you know what has happened there? I was waited for 2 hours and could only met a lady dentist and she checked my teeth and said my two teeth need to be filled. But I said there are no issues with those teeth. But she said that inside of those decayed and if you do not fill them now you will get many problems later. I said okay if it’s so fill them. I trusted her because I thought that she is a good doctor. But after filling, the problem arose. She alwasys explain me how people can do nerve canal treatment for teeth while doing the dental procedure. Now I’m writing here after 3 months and I remember her whenever I chew some food!!! Only one teeth has been filled deeply she told in that day while laughing. Other teeth is filled with only a small filling. But the tragic is both teeth are painful when chewing food. I understand later that they are doing some business here. I have visited again the place to ask now what should I do for this matter. They are suggesting nerve canal treatment now for both tooth. That’s how they are doing business. And the other important thing is first day I said please check my all teeth but when I went there for the second day(only after two week) they said that there are another two teeth need be filled. Here I have attached photos as well. You can check with dates. However this place is not recommended. Save your friends as well. Be careful!!!

Best !!!. Staff is really friendly. Doctor was very patience. She was able to get my 3 year old son's trust first and do the treatments. Really wonderful and professional. Highly recommend.

Good facility with small parking space. Talked to them over phone, no appointment system 😳. On arrival registration and queue wasted more than 2 hours. Unreliable nurse putting hygine in to question. Slightly expensive. I think they must implement appointment system and respect customers time. Expected a better service.

Doctors are not on time. Normally delaying more than one hour. Never recommended to anyone. Very disappointed about their service. PS : Hospital has replied to this review as the doctor was on a surgery. But unfortunately doctor was not on a surgery that day. He was not at the hospital even. Patients asked the receptionist how long they wanted to wait. She didn’t replied. That day patients waited about two hours to see the doctor. Rather than lying, be humble enough to admit your mistakes. Then only you can give a better service. Your review is completely a lie. Anyway, Good luck.

My visit at Sakuki was very pleasing. Dr. Samantha and his wife were competent and gentle. The clinic is modern and the dental procedures are on a high level. I was satisfied and look forward to come back.

Had to wait 2 hours for braces adjustment. They should give a time for the patient without wasting valuable time. Writing while waiting since nothing to do. But have to say doctor is good.

I’m 31 weeks pregnant and had a severe toothache, the team was very friendly and took me in right away without making me wait. Had to extract one of my morals and they didn’t even let me feel the pain. Dr Samantha and his team are truly amazing. They made sure me and my baby were comfortable before beginning the procedure and kept assuring me that I was in good hands. I truly am grateful to them. My wife went with my parents carrying 2 months old baby for adjustment after 5 months delayed due to delivery and covid situation. We contacted doctor and place an appointment at 6.30pm. The lady at the lobby didn't allow her to go even my wife said the story. Fortunately doctor understood the situation and did his best to finish the work soon. Pls improve your customer service and train them how to treat patients with special needs.

Before I came to know about Sakuki Dental Hospital, I received treatment from two other dental clinics in Kurunegala. But they were not successful. What to say, those doctors did not explain my problems clearly to me as a patient.I came to know about Sakuki Dental Hospital from one of my neighbors. When I went there for my treatment, the staff including the doctor spoke to me very friendly and answered my problems very clearly.When I first got to know the prices of my treatment, I thought it was too expensive, so I questioned them about it. I am happy to say that they were very friendly and explained everything to me clearly without getting angry with me. Thatswhy I was very impressed with Sakuki Dental Hospital.They taught me how to treat patients correctly by using high-quality machines that are of the same standard as in other countries.While other dentals import medicines from India or Pakistan and provide treatment at low cost ,Sakuki dental hospital provides high quality medicines from germany and provides treatment to patients.Because of that, my confusion about the prices disappeared. I went there two days ago to get a treatment for painful toothache. I met the friendliest staff including doctors there. They offered and explained several options as the treatment which I could choose. I’m really happy with the outcome of the treatment and definitely go there if needed again and highly recommended for anyone.

No one can recommend Dr. for braces. If you want to destroy the teeth, get treatment from the doctor. Doc is very cunning. At first he says a very low price and then increases the price step by step. You have to wait for four to five hours for adjustment. finally no money & no result
