Extremely poor service. The reception counter workers even not greeting the customer. Basically they don't want to sell by giving consultation for the customer. They are very busy with social media. I was waiting 30 min. No one at least support to select frames. I was so frustrated. Came back. Really desperate 😕. After my review, reply for owner.. Really appreciate your prompt response. Honestly, I am a very satisfied customer of yours for so many years, that is because of your head office's superb customer service and also extremely exceptional customer service delivered every occasion at your Wellawaththa branch. I want to respectfully remind the center manager this time. But, all that image tarnishes because of your Kurunegala branch staff, especially the front office staff. They even don’t have an idea to say ‘Good morning’ to their customers. I was waiting till opening your branch since I trusted your service with my precious experience. Two guys in the front were very busy with their phones. And they on a different worlds. But anyway, as a considerably big organization, I can understand these kinds of cracked fellows cant to be fully eliminated. Poor after sale service. Nobody is answering the phone. For any kind of repair, will take more than 2 weeks.

I am a long term customer from kurunegala branch. I purchased 60 000 ruppees worth spectacles from the said brach. When I inquired whether I can possibly take a bill for a later date they agreed so that I can claim my agrahara insuarance. But due to some problems in government offices my pay sheets were not deduced of the decided amount. I work in a rural area. I had to take a leave to visit the branch and all they did was take a photo of the slip. I tried to contact them several times and they didnt give a straight answer. Today I inquired them regarding the process the person named Menaka spoke in a very ill manner saying they cannot give a receipt for my case. Till today all they did was ignoring me until someone decided to blame me. Im deeply dissapointed in their behaviour and I will never recommend anyone to purchase from vision care again. Im sorry for the time and money I invested in your branch.

Bought spectacles with a branded (as per they say :)) frame in Oct 2021. After a few months, the rubber grip thing which touches the ears (don't know the correct name) started to separate from the frame. Went to the shop for a fix. After wasting more than 2 months of my time and lots of bugging over the phone, finally able to get back the spectacles with different arms. Anyways, they have only a very limited range of frames and prices are too high. Since they are taking so long time to fix this, purchased another spectacles from one of the shops next to this for a very reasonable price within a couple of days. They got a variety of frames for good prices too! Don't go to this place and waste your money. There are good shops which got better frames for reasonable prices next to this overrated useless place!

This was the second chance given in 2022 from my first bad experience a year Ago in 2021. I left it as it was Covid.. This time went again to do pair of glasses for my wife!! As they promised for 10 to 14 days for the work to be be completed. Since I haven’t heard I called back. Asked for the order number and confirm that the glasses are ready!! However have not heard from them!! Fine!!! Went there and they were struggling to locate the glasses!!!!! After more that 15 minutes of searching found out the glasses and mentioned that the phone number is wrong. In the invoice they entered a land line number which I don’t have !! Didn’t even bother to Apologize!! When there are many options in Kurunegala I gave a second chance and will be the last!! Watch out people!! They are expensive compared to other in the Town!!

This is the place where I myself and my family members go for our spectacle needs and after sale services. Highly recommend for quality service 👌 👏

If you need to buy prescription glasses they can perform an automated eye scan and provide you with the required lenses within 15 minutes, assuming they have it in stock. Otherwise you have to place an order and pickup your 🕶️ later date. Also have a huge collection of frames which can satisfy most people's taste and budget range, cheap to hella expensive. They also got a good sunglass collection ranging from moderate to expensive. I'm extremely satisfied with the products and the services they provide.
