Whenever I pass Kurunegala, if it’s around mealtime, I always visit P&G near the highway entrance for their tasty food, excellent service and clean and hygienic dining space. It has always been a very pleasant experience.

Located right after the Kurunegala highway exit, this hotel offers a spacious setting. However, my experience was a bit mixed. The food fell short of expectations, both in terms of taste and variety, and the prices seemed a bit high for what was offered. Unfortunately, I couldn't ascertain the halal status, which may be a concern for some guests. While the wide area and convenient location are definite positives, improvements in the culinary offerings and more clarity on halal options would enhance the overall experience.

This is one of the cleanest restaurants in Kurunegala town. At least no flies are found in this restaurant. They also have a enough car park. You can get bakery foods, cakes, biscuits and fast food at this place. All the dishes here are delicious. The prices here are pretty reasonable. Located on Kandy Road, about 2 km from Kurunegala town.

Good one ,maintained well .Hygenic foods, nice seating arrangements and the display is also great. Enough Parking spaces available. But they have only one rest room which is very difficult to manage, if there is a crowd then you have to wait in queue.

If you want to buy milk colored hot water for Rs.50.00( price of nescafe is Rs.50.00) This is the best place. They serve you milk colored hot water. Our family go there on 23rd nov 2019 eve. Poor foods. They serve them ice cold. May be refrigerated. Nescafe they serve only consist of hot water. No milk taste in it. Niether sugar taste. Better we drink hot water. Dont recommend.

Ordered Vegetable rice and curry, there was dried fish in one of the curries. How can you sell vegetable dishes with dead animals parts in them and call it a vegetable dish? Disgusting. People need to understand there is a major difference between vegetables and animals. Don't give dishes with dead animals in them to people who don't eat dead animals. There is a reason why people order vegetable dishes.

Not tasty as the PnS close by. AC is leaking water on to the table. Toilets not cleaned regularly . Seating arrangement is good. Not a crowded place

First impression from outward appearance is good. Inside ambiance is ok. Food, we ordered a mushroom soup which is ok. 3/5. Had a cappuccino which is good, 4/5. Also we had a spaghetti bolognaise which is also good, 4/5. There was an appetizer called "nai miris chicken chunks. That was really good. It's filling too. Good portion. I'd give 4.5/5. I should specially mention the service. Really good. Very helpful. The staff wasvery kind to help us with what ever the favour we asked from them. 5/5. I'd recommend this place

I went to P&G Bakers today 06-06-2020 and ordered, one Nescafé, 2 bottles of water and packet of chocolate fingers. The cashier charged me 420.00 I gave him a Rs. 1000.00 note and he gave me a balance of 600.00 I asked for the bill and he calls his supervisor and says he cancelled or closed the bill. So the supervisor asked me if a manual bill is ok so I said it ok. He then makes the bill and it's only 270.00 when I said why was I charged 420.00 the cashier looks at me and then gives me a further balance of 170.00. Even the supervisor was not bothered the fact that I was given a wrong balance intentionally by the cashier. I asked them to ask their owner to call me to complain and up to now no one has called. Who ever who goes there check your receipts as I think all of them are together and cheating us. I will never again visit this place.

Visited to have a break from driving around 8.30 pm. No short eats were available. Ordered a chicken kottu large(serving for 2). Was enough for 4 people. Preparation took 20 min which I think was a bit too long. Other than that everything was good.

Food is ok. My wife ordered a cake served in a plate with a spoon. I ordered egg and savoury rolls served on paper which is on the tray. When I asked for the plate for sauce they said put the sauce on the paper because they are not using the paper again. When I asked to talk to the manager he wasn't in the hotel. I am really disappointed about this.

We ordered 2 teas with milk and 1 iced coffee. The staff took 30 minutes to make our order, it was not busy. We had to gently remind them to make our drinks. They did not make one of the teas with milk, so we had to ask them to please bring the milk. We had also ordered lunch prior to this. The whole staff acted like we were inconvenienceng them. We are tourist-appearing but speak the language, it felt xenophobic. I would encourage anyone who wants good service to go anywhere else but here.

We walked in for dinner at the closing time with 3 hungry teenagers. Although the staff wouldve been tired and waiting to close, they served us and the service was so pleasant. We really appreciated their attitude. And the food was excellent! ( 2/6/22)

It is great place and have great experience. Location is very near to the highway and it helpful who used highway. Also their have several type of meals, all are different. It has Cake, pastry shop and also you may have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Family type resturent, and have car park facilities. Also it include weel chair access. Bath room also very clean to me. Self services and it not much conplex to me, More free times I'm going with my family.
