Staff is great. Good customer service. But screen quality is poor than Imperial cinema. Sound system is impressive. Specially I love the seats order. This is a real cinema theater but screen.

worst movie experience ever. screen brightness was so low. When you put in 3D glasses you can barely see anything. Seats ware so uncomfortable. Its like watching a movie from 90s. Totally destroyed the movie quality and my cinema experience.

Not the best cinema experience in the town. 3D experience is passable. They can improve it more. Dialogues are not clear. Have to check the plot in wiki to grab the missing parts. :p If you are unable to pick a correct place, you can experience the hot humid environment inside the theater. Parking available. But if it not Sunday you can park your vehicle outside the theater.

It's amazing and very peaceful place

The only good things here are the comparatively good video quality and the availability of online booking. The sound system isn't configured properly, it's always hot and humid inside with the sound of the fans rotating heard over the actual movie soundtrack which ruins the movie experience. The seats needs to be refurbished very soon too.

Theator should be rennovate asap. Quality control is very poor. Sounds are not actually even distributed. Video doent have enogh brightness. When glasses is on too dark.

Pretty bad location, only saw celing fans didn't feel A/C, don't know wether it is available or not. Large scale film hall, seating arrangements not so good.

Worst movie theatre I've been to. There is no air conditioning .Feels like you are inside an oven.there are fans but they are also not effective. Seats are dirty and not comfortable.they have removed some arm rests , so the couples can sit closer to each other. So whereever you sit you'll have an arm rest for just one arm. Its ridiculous. Theatre it self is dirty and not maintained. Inside looks like a dirty warehouse. And they also charge you for parking. If they dont make and investment and fix these issues , this will go bankrupt in the next few years. And if they are not willing to make that investment I hope they do go bankrupt.

Worst experience ever. Sinexpo ruined the movie for me. I went to see the avengers endgame. Pictures are not clear at all.3D glasses are scratched and damaged. They have four large exhaust fans in the walls and light is coming through. Seats are not comfortable either. Worst movie theatre I've ever been. Wonder why EAP is not doing anything to improve this theatre.

Average cinema hall. No air conditioning. Even the fans are not adequate. Average video and sound quality. 3D experience is confined to the name and not up to the standards. Film hall have dedicated car park but they are charging from the customers for parking.
