    I made an online pickup near kurunegala area. They charge u additional Rs.1300 when paying online apart from courier charges. I wanted same day pickup and it gave me time duration. But no one came to pick it up and when inquired customer service told me that the area is covered by 3rd party courier called certis Lanka and they might come next day. I was sending a sensitive document to India. Do not make online pickups. Always go to the outlet. The document was delivered within a few days once I handed it over to the outlet.

    Air conditioned. Only one person is available - friendly. Charges are reasonable. Only problem was the vehicle parking as the place is located at the center of the Puttlam junction of Kurunegala.

    I visited this today. This DHL service point is next level. Awesome customer service and really motivated. Agent is friendly and comforting to talk for new comers. Reasonable price and discounts. This service point deserve a medal. This is a model service point to other local couriers. 🔥✅🙏

    I visited this place several times in the past few years. 😐This service point is in a tiny space. ✅The furniture is arranged for waiting. ✅I'm well satisfied with their customer service. 😐DHL prices depend on the USD-LKR rate. So it is expensive. ✅You can trust that your documents or package will reach its destination safely.
