One of the very few decent places to eat close to the Kurunegala bus station. They serve Biryani and other Chinese food. Recommended.

A friend of mine took me to this place for lunch saying they have the best Watalapam. The place is nicely decorated with Chinese lanterns, spacious and the seating between tables are quite far apart which is unlike most cramped eateries. We ordered the typical chicken fried rice and with it came prolly one of the best chili pastes I've ever eaten. The oily paste is full with the flavor of prawns and I swear it went really well with the fried rice. And then while we were informed that they didn't have the Watalapam, we got the caramel and I was speechless. It was perfect with the right amount of sweetness and caramel syrup. I just wish I had another piece of it but unfortunately I was in a hurry to leave. The fried rice for two and two caramel cost about Rs. 750. Left us full. Overall, great place with reasonable prices and given that I was happy with the food I ate I assume the rest would be fine.

Very poor service. Waited for 30 minutes to some one come and clean the table. Another 10 minutes for meet a server. Another 10 minutes for food. Finally got what I ordered

Service was enthusiastic but slow and the taste of the food was not up to standard of what we expect from rahumaniya. Only the spicy chicken was nice. Even a simple fried rice tasted boiled and had no flavor. Ridiculously cheap though. I mean really cheap.

Do not trust them. After i ate their biriyani i have to take two days off because very bad diarrhea. Its very pain-full. They should leave food industry. I’m looking forward to complain against them to phi.
