I
have
taken
the
service
from
this
for
more
than
seven
years.
They
have
highly
skilled
technical
staff
who
is
well
aware
of
their
job
roles...
However,
during
the
years
of
knowing
the
location,
I
observed/felt
that
their
customer
service
is
becoming
poor
than
the
previous...
Their
customer
caring
officers
(Majority)
are
not
skillful
to
handle
all
type
of
customers
who
comes
from
different
status...(Try
this
using
different
outfits)…I
would
say
Their
Security
officer
is
skillful
enough
to
handle
customers
than
some
staff
members
appoint
to
handle
customers.
Apart
from
that,
I
am
highly
satisfied
with
their
technical
service.
Prices
are
equal
to
official
Toyota
Services
but
that
is
worthier
than
official
Toyota
services.
You
have
the
opportunity
to
closely
see
their
work
and
that
will
increase
the
trust
of
the
work.
Coordination
from
work
to
work
is
not
efficient...The
working
areas
are
exceptionally
cleaned
and
well
maintained...
If
I
can
give
stars
for
their
services
separately,
Technical
Knowledge
and
assistance
