" Disorganization & Irresponsible Management staff " it's sad to say that hotel management staff including MD were completely irresponsible! (I had directly booked a superior room by paying in advance, for the dates of 12th-14th May 2022. but the time when I reached the hotel they suggest a low facility room by informing me, all superior rooms are occupied, I rejected it And I returned back.) It really disappointed me. They ruined my day. I will never recommend this hotel to any person.

This place has a beautiful garden and is very attractive from the entrance. The banquet hall is ideal for weddings, parties and meetings. No complaints about the food and their service. In addition, the place has a large car park with a capacity of 50-60 vehicles. a swimming pool and several luxury rooms. So, I can highly recommend this place as a place that does maximum justice to the price charged. ..DJ THARU..

If you are considering traveling with family or friends, especially those accompanied by female guests, I do not recommend this hotel. There have been instances where the staff members of this establishment have inappropriately obtained the contact information of female customers, causing distress to their personal lives.

Clean and new rooms owner is always looking after the operation. But restaurant staff is not that trained and need to improve. Excellent service by Chamindu!! Food is tasty and satisfying. Rooms and amenities are really new and good conditions Pool is well maintained and very clean!!

We stayed overnight after attending a Home-coming function. New rooms with all expected facilities. Room interior is very busy (too many colours and wall stickers) But no harm... It is worth the amount you spend. Decent staff. the entrance to the rooms from the car park area could be better. Could recommend for a stayover.

The Ruwanara Royal Majestry hotel was the most beautiful place for my family to spend the Sinhala and Hindu New Year holidays in a beautiful quiet environment. Its managers and staff all provided us with a very friendly, clean and pleasant quality service and the luxury rooms here are similar to those in star class hotels in Sri Lanka. The swimming pool next to the rooms was a lot of fun for my kids and me. A variety of foods and drinks made my holiday even more colorful. I would like to thank all the staff of this hotel who provided more services than I paid for and I fearlessly invite all my traveling friends to stay at this hotel.

A hotel with Banquet hall and a bar Banquet hall capacity arround 200+ personals. Food was nice and delicious

Late night booking. No security guard during the night. No staff can be contacted during the night. There were hair under the pillows. After complaining we were offered a new room. There were hairs in that bed too. They refused to put new sheets, because there were no house keepers at around 11pm. We asked for new bed sheets to put on ourselves, the worker refused. Because he said he cannot disturb the sleeping staff. We put sarees as bed sheets & slept, because we couldn't bear to sleep on unclean sheets. My friend had fallen sick during the night & had to be taken to hospital. But there wasn't even a single staff awake! No security, nothing! My friends had not been able to open the gate to take the car out(they had thought it was locked, but later revealed that it was just latched & hidden under some bushes). Then an ambulance was called & the patient had climbed the wall!
