Don't Buy PHONES from singer. Worst service. Manager/Service Center not helping. All are playing with customers. I will never ever buy anything fron SINGER. They have waisted 2 weeks of my valuable time.

Good place to buy electronic items as well as household items. After sale service is also good but that must be improved . Sometimes they not caring much about their customers.

Really dissapointed because of misleading ..bought a cooker + oven ... but before delivery they said it is not what i asked for and cannot refund as i dont want to buy any other...and i had to buy what i dont want to....

Best place to buy electronics. But rated 2* because they ripped me when buying a rice cooker with the present economic crisis. Their price was 6000 (marked on the cooker) but they charged 9700, saying as a price adjustment. Total rip of customer. Very disappointed.

Just bought a pureit unit. Staff members don't even think about give a bag to hold. When I ask for a bag, they told me bags are out of stock. They dont even give a solution to tie on my bike. This was my first visit and I never visit this place again. much customer service on other places damro and arpico super. Better to visit there on my next.

The staff is really slow and it took me more than 40 minutes to pay for a steam iron. Very unprofessional and waste of my time to purchase a simple appliance. Complete disaster and try to get your appliances from a different place instead of wasting your time.
