today
and
it
was
an
unpleasant
experience.
Female
staff
members
require
more
training
on
politeness
and
about
customer
care.
I
asked
about
a
book
from
a
female
staff
member
and
she
tried
to
deceive
me
saying
various
things
and
responding
me
in
an
aggressive
manner.
She
mentioned
that
she
knows
all
the
books
in
the
store
by
name
and
by
author
and
mentioned
she
doesn't
have
to
check
the
database
even
to
know
whether
the
book
is
available
or
not.
I
suppose
she
was
new
and
inexperienced
plus
she
didn't
want
me
to
bother
her
leisure
time
by
asking
to
type
few
words
in
the
computer.
I
recommend
Sarasavi
to
train
the
new
employees
on
how
to
interact
with
customers
and
how
to
use
the
database
to
find
a
book
in
the
store.
