I am fine with their customer service this time. But I think they can improve on arranging products bit more for customer's convenience. Also I feel like they can have more collections on dresses.

Unfriendly customer service, has a very bad selection of clothes, the best place to buy dull colored clothing. Most of the clothes have atleast a one simple defect, Making the clothes unreasonable for the price we pay.

Recently I visited this place with my girlfriend. One sales women was following us just for her commission. She was at ground floor and we visited 2 more floors. This women was following us at all the time which we feel very uncomfortable at every time. After we select one cloth she was very hurry to go to the cashier and tell her number for her commission. We buy only one cloth and visited other shops near this place.

There are quality clothes. The customer service is also very good.

Fashion bug has a reasonably good selection of clothing for everyone. However I have never seen customer service like this anywhere. They don't stand a wait but actively help you out a lot to find what's best for you. The staff is excellent and are the best I have seen.

It was very uncomfortable to stay inside because most of the aircondiioners were switched off during day time. Aircondioners were operating only at places where their own staff members are gathered. Elevator is switched off (i guess it is mainly due to save the electricity bill). If you come carrying small children, you will have to use stairs to reach 4th floor which not very convenient for the customers.
