Excellent Homestay near kushalnagar coorg.. Most affordable price with higene air-conditioned rooms. Awesome homely breakfast and pork fry. Very convenient place for coorg sightseeing and main tourist attractions like Nisarga dhama, Tibetan settlement and Golden Temple. Dubare Elephants camp.

Very worst home stay...the owner of home stay Venu very tipical guy to understand and he is not kept his promise...... Venu pls don't do with other customers requesting to you (The story was..... We don't like the home stay and there location so we asked for refund 1st he said no refund, then he said 50% refund, and in the end he said I'll do full refund so we agree then we leave his home stay now there is twist as I know before🤔... Venu is acting like he don't no anything he's don't said anything like that Blahh Blahh Blahh... Listin Venu 6K not a matter for me but you are not kept your promise and you could have told before there is no refund then we're going to stay there only right ? that's why writting this comment) Venu... You broken your customer trust and I'm not going to let this end here....I have proof that you said you are going to refund full amount and I know how to get it from you.

The host is extremely welcoming and the homestay is great in terms of cleanliness, it's location and the people managing it.

Its a good and affordable homestay for family. The owner is caring and gentlemen. The homemade dinner and breakfast was delicious. The location of homestay is at city centre. The room and Bathroom were clean . Sugesstion to owner: Lighting of room, dining area and hot water availability (24/7) can be improved.

Best thing about this place is the host, Ibrahim ji. He helped us a lot and made sure our stay was excellent.

Rooms are very neet and clean.. And good atmosphere, owner was very caring and friendly, a good memoroble stay for me and my family.

I had a really good time here. Dont go by the price shown in online platform call the manager and book the room you will get the room in less price. The breakfast they provided was very good & tasty. we took dosa and some traditional food the owner uncle was very kind and brought more dosa until we said enough. the owner was very kind and helpful.

Silent place. Rooms are spacious. I gave 4 stars as there were a lot of stains on the bed sheets.

A really nice and quiet place among the city noises. The owner Mr. Ibrahim sir is very friendly warm and welcoming. He goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable and at-home. Rooms are nice and clean. He provides breakfast (though only 2 options are available). He can suggests places to see if you do not know where to start. Overall a pleasant experience.

First complaint i would have to say is its bit overpriced for the facilities offered. Talking about other things, the Homestay is located very near to town center and bus stand, 5 minutes walkable, but still in a silent and calm area. Rooms are big and nice. There's a small swing in the bottom, the whole area is secure, closed by a compound wall, gate and covered by CC TV everywhere. Outside area is very clean and well maintained. Staff behavior was good too. This place would be idea for families with kids i would say. Now let's talk about negatives.. - Rooms were big but not clean. Bed sheets were not clean and had stains - No toiletries, not even soap was provided. But wash rooms had tissue papers. - No waste bin in room, which is a basic necessity. - WiFi range was tad poor and was breaking continously in our room. later noticed that the room had a wifi router just outside but was off. - TV was not working on that day. They said its a temporary n/w issue. it was a small tv too - No water filter installed for drinking water. Hotels should promote refilling water and not sell plastic water bottles to guests.

Very nice and peaceful place. Everyone at the homestay are very nice, and welcoming. Breakfast was really good, just like how you make it at home. Venu, Darshan were very helpful and very friendly and hardworking. They wanted and ensured to provide the best service possible to their guests. Farook was also very helpful and prepared really nice and yummy food as per request. Clean rooms. Good car parking facility, very nice facilities for hot water. Overall a very nice place (just like home) at a good price to relax, chill and enjoy with your loved ones. Would love to visit again❤️

Good staff and nice food. Pet friendly hotel right within ones budget. One or two services needs little improvement but still full marks considering its a new setup. They have a long way to go and i wish them all very best.

Nice and clean room, very near to main road. It would have been great if the caretaker picks the calls. We were supposed to go out early morning but the gate was locked till 9am in the morning and the breakfast was not ready even though it was in the package. Rest all good
